I see your point also, that's why I'm not really on anybody's side. Although I do agree Chad is being an a$$.

Well I disagree for he is just trying to be a father to Sydney not really knowing that is not his kid. Mia tried to stopped him because she probably listened to Nicole but the fact remains is that she knew that she couldn't handled Sydney or Grace.
Now Chad knews that he never gave up his rights so how can the adoption be legal and Nicole did tried to stopped him by seducing him. Which if you asked me Nicole is worst than Chad and she shouldn't be award of Sydney when it is not hers and there is nothing wrong with Sami. But the point is that she doesn't know when she thinks that Grace was hers and Rafe thought the same thing until he went searching. Because my guess is that Rafe didn't trust Nicole and knew that whatever he is doing was for Sami.
