I want to add my prayers to all the others for your peace to come. My best friend is currently battling this and two other cancers for the third time. She lost her 10 yr old daughter to cancer over twenty-five yrs ago. My family has had several losses to it. My mammogram is scheduled for next month, and I promise to keep the appt. |

Mikey, I'm soo sorry to hear about you loss... how old was your sister? I've asked my doctor to give me a breast exam (sorry forgot the exact name for it) however all they tell me is that i'm too young and that i have to wait ti'l i'm 40 |

If your Doctor wont let you have the test get you another doctor. There is no age limit are "wait till" when it comes too this. Give yourself a exam if you think that you feel a lump then demand a test. Dont let anyone tell you you cant have this exam. Its your life and you deserve too get the exam at any age!!!! |
