I have read about an upcoming spoiler where Nicole worries that Chad's DNA will show that he's not Sydney's father. Well, Mia's DNA won't match either so why would Nicole submit to a DNA test in the first place?

Nicole and Dr.Baker were the only ones that knew about the complete baby switch.So as far as everyone else is concerned Mia is Sydney's biological mother so they really wouldn't make her take a DNA test but they would make Chad just to establish paternity. And if Chad's DNA doesn't match Sydney's.........yep, you got it!

to do a DNA test on a child you have to have both parents DNA. That means both parents and the child will have their mouths swabbed.
