Not to clear Nicole of all responsibility in all this, but
I totally agreed with what Lexie said to EJ, that he intimidates the women in his life causing them to lie to him. When he finds out something he doesn't like, I instantly get scared for whoever is in the room with him.

But I would also like to add something here about EJ's responsibility in all this. He said that he somehow attracts women who lie. I remember VERY clearly when he moved to Salem that one of the things he liked about Sami was how well she lied, manipulated, and deceived people to get what she wants. He doesn't just passively sit around waiting to sleep with lying women, he actively pursues them. Then, shocker, he gets lied to and can't understand it. Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, told EJ that Nicoe was a liar, but he chose to ignore them.

Another thing, and the thing I think really caused the whole baby switch s/l, was the fact that he slept with Nicole when he was in love with Sami and SHE KNEW IT. Seriously, if someone called out another person's name during sex, I would put a halt to things right away, but Nicole didn't (her fault). However, when EJ found out about Nicole's pregnancy, he continued their "relationship" under false pretences, and even proposed marriage. He even admitted he didn't love Nicole until she got pregnant. How else could Nicole feel but really insecure in their relationship. Since she loved EJ and wanted to hold onto him, but knew his feelings weren't as strong, what else could she do but pretend she was still pregnant? If EJ hadn't started something up with her while he wasn't over Sami, if he had thought to bring a couple of condoms with him wherever he goes, he wouldn't be in the mess he's in.
