I think that a good job for Sami would be to have a line of Children's clothing and market it.

What about private detective? She could put all her "bad Sami" to work digging dirt on people, getting answers. It would be fun to see her out on adventures, solving mysteries, etc. She could partner up with Rafe, get info on people from her dad. I even think it would be fun to see Melanie in this line of work. Nursing seems a little boring for her.

I was hoping Sami would end up at Chez Rouge and be a hostess in charge of the new live entertainment that I was hoping they would start.

But..if she doesn't get to do that...then I think she should open her own little shop. She could sell those Christmas Cookies that she made while in witness protection, and maybe some of those decorations that Hilda taught her to make various other things. Maybe she could get grandma Alice's donut recipe, make special occassion cakes. Just a little specialty pastry shop or something...
