Who thinks Rafe will keep the truth from Sami that is Sydney is her child?

I like it more when characters are complex- not all good, not all bad, but really grey. From a s/l perspective, it keeps the audience guessing about what the character will do. I think that's why Sami has such a following- and Nicole. They're not all bad. It would be interesting to make Rafe a little grey- not all the way bad. I like him when he's coercing answers out of people, stealing cell phones, etc. He has never been more interesting since he started investigating Nicole and the baby switch, and now that he's not working for the FBI, but has all that training, he could be a really cool character to watch. |

I agree about Rafe being exciting when he is investigating people. I love him even more when he is in his FBI mode. I hope the writers decide to put him on as a detective with the Salem PD or an undercover person to bring down the Dimeras. But to address the topic, Rafe will not keep the truth from Sami. That is not the type of person he is. He was brought in as a good guy and if he did something like that, it would put him on the same plane as the Dimeras. Don't think that will EVER happen. Besides, he loves Sami too much to hurt her like that. |

That is who Rafe is if you think back to the safehouse, he took Sami's clothes, went out the bathroom window to surprise her outside the door when she tried to sneak out. He will bend the rules, but his motives are for good. The whole Black, white grey thing gets confusing because every person defines it differently, many call Ej grey. So I will just avoid using those terms. But I will say I have enjoyed Rafe best in the Safehouse and recently, the time surrounding Grace's death and immediately after (save for a few scenes) were pretty flat but that is the nature of that type of storyline, I expected it to be something I would watch once period and never want to see again, killing a child is just a crappy idea (oh heck anyones death I dont watch tv for that! I want love, happy and funny personally!). Nah Rafe wont keep the info about Sydney from Sami, they are just going to take there time getting Rafe back in action (he doesnt even get found till tues Oct 13!!) they are dragging it out till sweeps starts!! |
