Ouch, poor Nadia Bjorlin! I personally blame the writing, I thought she was great way back when. In the ghoul girl days and also the Broe days. I thought they worked wonderfully together. |

Frankly I've always wondered about this marriage because of Chloe and Brady's marriage and divorce and also the annulment of Sami and Lucas's marriage was illegally obtained by Stephano. When Chloe wanted to marry Lucas in the church I was hoping the issue of both of them even being free to be married checked into by the church. Then for Lucas there was also his marriage to Nicole. Carrie's marriage to Lucas was definitely fraud and a non-marriage for sure. But the writers never seem to get it right when it comes to church protocol. |

Please Days writers, come to your senses! Just write Chloe and Daniel off together. See it's easy-just say they want a "new start" -there-done-see how easy that was? |

I like your thinking on that one...they could just wrap there s/l up real quick...just offer Daniel a glorious job somewhere and Chloe will tag along and Boom...all done like in one episode but I bet we the viewers will be forced to sit and suffer thru their "happy time" and be oh but joyous when "they break up" which I pray will be sooner than later. They are just gawd awful together and the s/l itself is just weak. Broe or Phloe should be revisited if NB is staying and SC should be paired up with CC...that's he's only option in my book. |

The ONLY story I would like for Chloe and Daniel (If they stay) is to take in a teenage Joy (Chloe's sister) and become her Guardians.. |

An annulment needs to be granted in the event you wanted to be remarried in the Catholic church. |

Quote Chrissi: I'm going to discuss this in my thoughts this week, I think! They married in Vegas by a JP. Since they were not married in the Catholic Church, there is no need for the annulment. If they were married at the Catholic Church, she'd need an annulment to marry Daniel there. So I'm not sure why she's doing it! Writers overlooked this!! Chrissi, thanks for making this correction. I had a friend who was Catholic, but his first marriage wasn't in the church so he was able to marry in the church the second time. I just knew there was a point here we catholics were missing |

I had a friend who was Catholic, but his first marriage wasn't in the church so he was able to marry in the church the second time. I just knew there was a point here we catholics were missing My mother was married by J.P. with her first marriage and she still had to have an anullment through the church. I too was married by a J.P. the first time and was told by my new husbands priest that if I wanted a Catholic ceremony I would have to get an annullment from my first marriage through the church. This was only a few years ago. I know that they do not recognise marriages outside of their religion but an anullment was still required for me and my mom if we wanted to marry in the church. |
