Stephano is supposed to be such a proud man, so please tell me how can he marry a woman who is crying, chocking on her words and is about to be sick?

at least they didn't show the kiss...I won't be able to stand it if they show them in bed...EVER.

Yes, he's getting what he wants.

However, I think Stephano knows Kate VERY well. He can help unlock pent up feelings and junk she's buried (which makes her so angry and evil). With his guiding, he may be able to make her happy and channel her evil to his will.
