i'm wonderng how this is all going to go down, yeah,he cleaned up the evidence in that hotel room and in kate's place and she destroyed the confession on that pen, but you still have daniel running around telling everyone what went on?

i was thinking that stefano having brainwashed john in the past to be his "soldier" would get a hold of daniel, brainwash him into forgetting his encounter with kate and her confession? not make him forget who is he and all that stuff like stefano did to john, just make him forget that one single encounter of kate's confession, her hitting him over the head, tying him up and all.

so daniel won't be able to testify and be a credible witness in court!

She married him because he has all the evidence from the hotel room locked away.

Without the evidence, Chloe and Daniel can accuse all they want, but they can't prove it.

Stefano has guys on the police force as well, so I'm sure the "unsurmountable"(hee hee, choice of word "mount-able)evidence will suddenly disappear.

Stefano has the one area where he will get Kate off... it's the other that he might have to worry about!

yeah well there's no evidence to prove anything now...their word against hers...so yeah....but you know...nothing ever GOOD comes outta people KEEPING evidence under lock and key. SOMEONE will get their hands on it eventually.
