I'm sorry people but I really hope the writers make Nichole pay for what she has done.

REASONS:
1.) One poster said she was in depression after losing her baby.... Nope, don't think so....if you remember...the only thing she kept saying over and over was that she would lose EJ now. She never asked what Dr. Baker did with the fetus. It was old enough to bury. The thing that dominated her mind was losing EJ BECAUSE she lost the baby. She did not dwell on the baby itself.

2.) When she found out Sami was pregnant, she did not care about Sami or the unborn child. She killed Sami and the baby over and over in her mind. Nichole knew EJ would leave her in a heart beat if he knew Sami was having his baby. It did not matter that she was too. She did not care about Sami's child then she just wanted to get rid of it. She only thought about switching when Sami and Mia delivered on the same night. I don't think she cared on bit about Sami or EJ. She just thought this would seal the deal with EJ if he ever found out about the switch. She would be helping him "one up" Sami.

3.) She has said over and over "her life will be ruined" if anyone found out, not Sydney's. It's all about Nichole! (EJ hit that nail on the head!)

4.) She did not sell her soul, she knew how much Stephano hated Sami and she knew he would do anything to keep Sami from knowing she had another child. When she got herself into a mess that she could not climb out of, she asked for help from the one person she knew would help.

These are just my thoughts on Nichole not the actress herself. Ari is a wonderful actress. She has really pulled this character off with a vengance!

I really do want Sami and EJ to find out Sydney is theirs. I don't want EJ pulling some "keep the truth from her to pay her back stuff" either. He knows exactly why Sami did not tell him about Grace. He also knows that she tried. Remember, the reason EJ raped Sami was to plant the seed so Stephano could have the stem cells, not because he wanted an heir. Stephano had Sami knocked out, on a plane, with Rolf standing over her ready to cut her open to get the stem cells from the twins when EJ talked him out of it. Now who in their right mind would want that same person to have access to your child??? duh Come on people!!!

I don't know if the writters will put Sami and EJ together or not but I do hope they let Sami know Sydney is hers really really soon. And I do hope they use Ari's leave to put Nichole in the funny farm for what she has done. That will give her the opportunity to return and fight for her man... or let Brady protect her, send her to the funny farm, and the bring her back to Salem as his wife......

I see and agree with many of your points, but the way I remember it, was that Stefano confronted Nicole in the hospital chapel about the babyswitch and told her that he knew the whole story about what she had done from the very beginning. When Nicole tried to brush it off and tell him it wasn't true, he told her about his proof. It was at that point that Stefano had her and she had to do what he said b/c if she didn't, she would lose Sydney if anyone found out about what she had done and that included EJ b/c he was married to the "perpetrator of the crime" He also didn't want Sami to be involved with EJ anymore. IMO, Stefano didn't give Nicole any choice at that point-- she didn't go to him, he had the goods on her and she had no choice but to play by his rules.

Yes, when problems arose with the switch, like Rafe investigating, she went to Stefano, but he already was running the show at that point.

I can't wait for sami to find out what nicole did. I hope it brings Sami and EJ closer.

I will clarify one thing to be there is a difference in paying for her crimes ie. jail and EJ physically abusing her. I have no problems with people actually paying for their crimes on Days (other than Nick, cant really think of many instances but...) I just dont feel that watching Nichole be physically manhandled and roughed up by a man brings anything to the show, to me it really lowers the standard and the quality of the show. Now if it was a catfight between Sami and Nichole that would be a whole different kettle of fish. Domestic violence is to real in the US to be used this way.

But because Ari is such an amazing actress and has been a huge part of the show (unless she wants off the spend time with the baby...like years). I think they will use emotional distress to keep her in Salem and to get Nichole out of this mess. Granted there were details they didnt go into back last fall but that is typical Days because they werent sure of the direction of the storyline than. But if you review what they have done this summer when their direction has become clearer to them that is the foundation they have laid out.

SHe'll be in enough pain when Sydney is taken from her arms! I think she'll be in a prison of her own making and no amount of outside malice will make her feel worse when she looses "her" baby! Im still hoping it works out for her. I think Sammi suffered enough when Grace died! and unlike Someone else Sammi's love for Grace was and is unconditional. I actually think it will make it hurt more! I want this to stay a secret until Sydney is 8 or 9 (the same age as her birth mother was when she found out her daddy wasn't her daddy! How Deja vu would that be? imo!

Sami, Brady,. Chloe and Mia will be her worst nightmares,. probably worse rthan EJ and she deserves everything she gets.

A lot of things get me and this goes farther than just her lying that she had a miscarriage and that is the only thing that I feel sorry about.
The way that she treated Rafe when he got closer to the truth for telling Sami to stay away from Rafe and for filing a restraining order against him when she knew that he grieve for Grace and was there for Sami and she did all to protect her little secret.
She never came forward with this secret but has told lies to EJ to cover it up for he didn't even know that she has a miscarriage.
She sat back and let Sami and others grieve for Grace and she never told Mia that Grace was hers and now Mia is the one that is pain and she probably won't trusted Nicole.
She acts like protecting her secret is the most important thing for she is more worried than losing Sydney or EJ. And if I was Sami I would get Sydney because it was Nicole fault that this happened.
