Melanie is a lot like Sami was in her younger days. She is also a lot like Sami in that people tend to pre-judge her. Maybe Melanie will decide she likes Sami and try to do something to help her.

Perhaps she will try to alter hospital records to make it look like Grace was never EJ's after all, and finds out that she doesn't need to alter anything...just give Sami and Rafe the information she found. LOL

Or maybe she will be looking at Johnny's records and find an indescrpancy in his true parentage and discover that Lucas is Johnny's real father.

It would be really cool if the judge turns over custody of Johnny to Lucas!

Maybe she will discover that Rafe has adopted her. Just kidding.

Maybe she will discover that Nicole is her mother.

I agree that Melanie is a lot like Sami was years gone by. I've said that from the beginning thus the reason I really like her. Besides the fact that her acting is getting better as the days go by... but here's a theroy... tell me what you think

Mia and Melanie are now living together. Melanie is great at snooping around... maybe Melanie will overhear Mia talking (possibly to Nicole) about Snydey... or her telling Chad that she had a baby but gave it up for adoption. Melanie will pretend she doesn't know anything, and befriend Mia and Mia will confide in her... Melanie will start looking around the hospital for more details and will stumble upon the truth...
