I don't think it is even going to come to that. I believe she will be on the run when she realizes Rafe knows the truth and it won't go to court because of that. I think Sami and Ej will join together to look for Nicole and Sydney. As posted by another poster: Dads are no different then mothers and no child should have to be without their father unless circumstances exist. There are many fathers out there that have full custody but not the mother. Mothers aren't the only parent kids need.
