You know something since James Scott, entered the series I did not stop to watch the series just because he plays there. He has influenced so much about the series as best , has a male presence is impressive and he was bad or good is impossible not to like ej I have a question whether you were able to imagine the series without James Scott? Are days our lives would stay the same without him?

Yes, I most certainly can...he gets too much screen time. If they would cut his time on screen down, I might not hate his character as much as I do. Honestly, did you watch in the 80's and 90's...Days was amazing then. I don't think one actor or character makes a soap and I think Days would be fine without him, honestly. I will give James Scott credit, he is a fine actor and is perfect for his role and he does a very good job at making me hate his character (almost too good). I think Days has many talented beautiful actors and actresses so it really puzzles me why he gets so much screen time. I would rather see Bope in a great storyline any day of the week.

If he were gone maybe we could see the real cast again! Put Bo and Hope back into the spotlight, and let some of the others have actual s/l that matter ex Kate and Victor. These 2 used to be so great together I'd love to see them reconnect. Roman could use some screen time. So could
(*)Mickey and Maggie(*who we haven't seen in forever). I think since he came on hardly a day goes by when we don't see him but yet cast fav's like Jon and Marlena Steve and Kayla are gone. I for one would rather watch the fav's then him!! Celeste would be nice too!! I miss her!!

Let's see I've been watching this show since the early ninties and the show was so much better than. When EJ first came on the scene I didn't really think much about him. He didn't bring any special attention. Of course I agree with LumiFE he gets too much screen time. Most of it yelling and demanding crap from people. So it can get a little irritating. Nicole gets a lot of airtime too, but her part is actually interesting. I think Days has been affected by the overexposure of Elvis Jr. That's JMO.

I like having James on the show, but would like it better if John and Marlena were there too.

Ari might be leaving the show to raise a family, so I think it would be really cool if when EJ finds out what she did, he totally loses it and strangles her to death in his rage.

This will put him totaly over to the dark side.

Nope I could not even imagine DOOL without James Scott! Been watching for over 30 years and he is amazing!

Bring back Mike Horton to be the new chief of Staff(something they should have done long ago)(Bring Back Shayne's Daughter(the one who Jacks adopted dad slashed her face) to go with him, John and Marlena, Bo and Hope, Steve and Kayla, Abe and Lexi (with a non Theo related s/l)The real Mickey and Maggie and that alone will Fix the show!! IMO!!!

show was great for a while then went into a slump he came on and bam it was Great again! Nope can't even think about him not being there!

James is a dynamic presence & he brought me back to the show after 4 or 5 years of not watching much at all. I was so tired of the endless parade of men in Sami's life. No one they paired her with seemed to work well - for her character or with Ali's screen presence, which is IMO powerful. And boom - she & James clicked. They work together so well, & the character of EJ is my by far my favorite Days' character.

I think James makes a great addition to the show. He filled a void when Joseph Mascolo left. Believe me, he's very convincing to have people either love or hate EJ. IMO, he's doing what a good actor does....act.

I'm a SAFE fan but I love to hate EJ. There is always a villian you love to hate. So hopefully Days won't be without him so he can woller around in self pity knowing that Sami is love with the new, sweet, rough around the edges, hunky, tall , dark and handsome guy, Rafe. Gotta love the jealousy!
