A woman scorned is a "deadly matter" in Salem... what do you think?

I have been trying to figure out this whole story line of Kate, Cloe/Dan and Lucas.

I think Kate is in love with the Doc and that's what's driving her revenge. She can't stand the fact that Dan doesn't "want her". She is insanely jealous of Cloe and in order to get even because he didn't love her, she wants revenge. I really don't think this is about Lucas...

If her plan to posion works, Cloe will be dead (competition out of the way) and Dr Dan will be in jail for a long time thus never having an opportunity to be with another woman.

anyone agree with me?

I am so sick of Kate, Dan, Chloe, & Lucas. Out of the whole bunch, I think Lucas annoys me the least, & that's saying a lot.

Chloe & Dan are beautiful people, but their scenes are all like the beginning of a porn flick. Breathy, crap dialogue, etc. "Oh...my zipper" or other mess like that.

I think Kate is mainly motivated by her lust for the dirty doc. I think she is pissed that Chloe cheated on Lucas, but the fact that it was with Dan - the man she wants - is sending her over the edge. She did try & have Sami killed (framed for murder - sent to death row), so she's proven in the past that she's willing to kill over the women in Lucas' life.

I agree. That whole s/l is beginning to make me sick. Kate poisoning the food, etc., is ridiculous. I think her motivation is to get Chloe out of Lucas's life and to punish Dr. Dan for leaving her for Chloe. She cannot stand to have ANY woman in Lucas's life. No matter how happy he seems, she tries to mess it up somehow. She must get a kick out of her son being unhappy and alone. I hope she either poisons Chloe and gets it over with or she gets caught and we get this one over with.

What is Kate's purpose on the show? Honestly, Lucas can't have a storyline without her interfering. It is ridiculous. She is probably the most hated for me.
