yeah he kind of looks like EJ.. i saw a pic of Chad(Mia's ex) in the spoilers section

When Nicole saw the photo of Chad and that he resembled EJ, she was glad and hopeful that Mia's baby would look like Chad, and thus EJ. Too bad for Nicole that Sydney looks amazingly like her mother.
