EJ - what papers?

In the church vestibule EJ tells Nicole he wants to say a preyer before going inside. Instead he calls someone and says need to have papers ready in an hour. What papers? He has the temporary custody papers on him as he gives them to Sami after the service. He also tells Sami she has one hour to turn over Johnny. Is it a petition for permanent custody? |

That is a very good guestion. Maybe for passports for the kids so he can skip out of the country with them? |
