Days of Our Lives - MESSAGE BOARDS

Hello. I have been posting on this board for about 1 month now. I have mentioned in the SAFE thread how grateful I was that we (all the posters) could debate and not be disrespectful or take things personal, like I have seen on other boards. This is the first board I decided to join and I like the groups and individuals who post here.

Our SAFE thread was closed today. We don't know why, but I have an idea why. I just want to say that we are all civilized and can debate respectfully. I ask that no one mention specific poster's in your messages or bash on other fan-bases comments. This is not a race or competition to see who gets more posts or higher viewers, etc. We each like our own couples for whatever reason and we respectfully post in their defense.

I loved how we debated “which man we would want and why.” I wait for certain posters to say certain comments because they are funny and get a good response from others. What fun would it be to always agree??

I just ask that we leave what has been said that was offensive in the past and move on. EJAMI's bring your blue cosmos over and lets all have drinks!!! SAFE & LUMI's lets bring the appetizers.... It is Friday after all!!!! TGIF!!!

Okay I brought the cosmos and EJ, Brady and Phill, hope it is alright they are all shirtless LOL!

After the thread was closed I went in to see what the hub bub was about. There was clearly EJAMI fan bashing. There was also actor bashing as well which is against guidelines. James's blinking is a real life condition that he can't control but what was the quote "he blinks like a girl"! You say bashing as long as there is humor? But what one may consider funny another one won't? Sorry I'm taking my blue cosmo back to la la land. If this is how the "real" world behaves I want no part of it.

I'm glad the admins have decided to dig more deeply into the posting in that thread! Great Job Moderators and Admins!

Well my original post was not soley geared to our SAFE thread, in general, again I ask we do not point out what other fanbases are commenting in our threads and/or point out specific posters. WE can all recognize it is a small number of indiviuals from all the fanbases that have made unappropriate comments. Like the Admins stated, not all bad posts are followed up on. So just because you have not been called out on it doesn't mean it is within the guidelines. if you have not read the guidelines, please do so.

I for one can recognize I was not clear on spoilers and how to post them, oh and links! I had to reread those guidlines! LOL!

I hope we can get our site back too. You can't say I didn't try!!! Have a good weekend everyone! Happy Father's Day to any Father's out there! I am heading North to see my Dad.
