I started watching DOOL about a year ago. Believe it was around the time that she tripped him in the stairwell and she thought he may have been hurt/killed.

The other day Stefano said that he brought EJ over to seduce and hurt Sami but EJ fell in love with her. When did the change in attitude towards Samantha occur? Did they go through periods of intense hatred for each other before?

Given all the harsh words exchanged between them of late, it is hard to imagine them getting thru this and being together again. Though this is why I watch and hope they will eventually reconcile.

If you go to utube you can watch their whole relationship. He came over acting like plain old EJ Wells the race car driver. He tried to woo Sami from the start, acting like a friend and trying to win her over. They flirted alot, but Sami was trying to be a good girl and stayed true to Austin. When she broke up with Austin she started dating EJ, but then Lucas came to her and they hooked up instead. I think he fell in love with her during that time. The story is long in between, but she has forgiven him worse (the cohersed rape for one thing) so I could definitely see Sami forgiving him.

While history shows that Sami can forgive EJ - will he be able to forgive her? He looks so hurt and betrayed. Maybe if he feels more betrayed by his father and Nicole there is a chance. But if he takes Stefano's view that Nicole's actions led to him having his real daughter and saved Sydney (though who is to say she would have contracted meningitis too) I am concerned that they will be apart for years.

i think it was when tony had ej kidnapped sami for the stem stells episode in the wharehouse,when it was andre.
sami screaming at him to save her and her then saying was this the way you were going to be a father,remember that got to ej and then he ran out and saved her,even willing to get shot be andre to save sami.
sami has always been able to make ej see reason and once listened to her.
