Why is the Safe Site down?

I went back and read the posts and didn't see anything really bad, like alot of other posts I've seen that aren't closed. So wonder if it's a mistake?

I think it's down because of the spoiler talk from other sites. I know there are guidelines about doing that. I don't usually post spoilers so I'm not sure exactly what those guidelines are. But, I think that's the reason. If not, then I don't know.
