I think it is possible that Melanie will find out about Dr. Baker and that he not only delivered Nicole's baby but also Sami's baby. Sami will have no reason to be fearful of Dr Baker anymore and may outright admit that he was her doctor. EJ will be suspicious about Dr Baker delivering both his babies and re-start the investigation Stefano started on him...

And speaking of the investigation... could Stefano have asked EJ to do the investigation on Dr Baker to "help" EJ find out the truth about Nicole... thus removing EJ's wrath from himself when he found out the truth?

just a thought... anyone else have any thoughts they wanna share on this...
