Sami said Grace brought us together

I just watched today's episode( in Canada). Sami and rafe are saying their goodbyes to Grace. Then Sami clearly says Grace brought us together. To me that doesn't say to much about the foundation of their relationship. Because now Grace is gone. So what is going to keep them together now. Rafe has said that everytime Sami looks at him she will think of Grace. If that is the only tie they have, their relationship will be over like yesterday's dinner. Yes they do share the connection of Grace together, but that is not enough to keep two people together. I think this is the beginning of us seeing how wrong Sami and Rafe are. What do you all think?

I picked up on that too. This is foreshadowing of the inevitable split of them in the near future.
