That's what I think all this has been for. They needed someone to be curious, to pry. Sami is grieving, EJ is temporarily lobotomized (I'm still not so sure he's not Stefano's new pawn), Mia and brady only have a part of the story, Dr. Baker is b@lless and Stefano is in bed with Nicho. There has to be someone else to give a crap enough to investigate Nicho, that's Rafe. Again this is JMO. I absolutely agree with you!!!!!! Man. I love reading your posts!!!! |

I sure noticed the resemblance. i still say Grace and protecting her may have brought them together in the beginning, but it has gone way beyond that now. Also, Sami repeats the same thing today that she and Rafe both said before--- "it's us against the world". IMO, that says a lot toward keeping their relationship. |

Grace's well being may have got them in a relationship, but I don't think Grace had anything to do with their romantic relationship. |

I just have to say this one thing, and I'm going by the title of this thread, I haven't read through all the posts. I know this is a soap, and shouldn't be compared to real life, but others do it to prove their point, so I am going to as well. I was dating this guy a long time ago...he had 3 kids and I fell in love with them from day one, his oldest daughter who was 12 actually started calling me Mom very quickly...as far as the relationship with the guy went, I really couldn't stand him, but I had such a soft spot for his kids because their mother just wasn't there for them, so I treated them like my own. Needless to say...it didn't end well, and after the break up, I was more heart broken about losing the kids than I was over losing him. |

It is tough, I agree, you get attached to kids when they are in the picture from day one. However, SAFE began as just them two together, way before Grace was born and they liked eachother then. You could tell they really genuinely cared for eachother.....then Grace is born....they grow closer and now Grace is gone..... they grow EVEN closer because they will be supporting and getting eachother through this tough experience. Whether the writer's have someone in mind as endgame.....who knows it can be anyone right!!??? I live in the here and now and I will enjoy me some SAFE!!!
