Is sami going to be heading for a mental melt down from all

what has and is going on in her life right now?.She thinks She lost her bio child forever.She kept it a secert from the father and her family.Now is going to be facing another issue regarding another of her children.Her oldest son has turned his back on her.This is alot to deal with.One blow after another for her that keeps coming her way.

Do you think Sami is going to have some kind of mental melt down from all of these?.I don't think she can take much more of anything eles.I know Sami has been through alot and has done alot.But what is happening to her right now can really take a toll on someone.
