I am starting to like melanie lately. She was funny during the kidnapping. I just don't think they need to pair her up with philip or brady. She needs to grow up a lot. They are both too old for her. I saw the termper tantrum she threw the other day when max told her he was leaving. LOL! She needs someone around her own age.

If they paired her with philip, there would be no love story or angst. A recycling of victor and kate's storyline. They would be miserable and fighting all the time. She needs someone who can tame her. This nathan guy could be the one.

I really like Melanie. I was totally surprised this was her first acting gig. She has got great comedic timing imho. Her facial expressions remind me of Carol Burnet in the CB Show lol. She has come a long way since last summer. And the chemistry between all men have been great! She's actually a breath of fresh air in all this drama.

Well I'm sorry, clearly this post isnt going your way, but I like her too. She brings a necessary element of light-heartedness to the show. Her comediac timing and expression is great. Plus I like a character with layers and depth. Not like Roman are various other Dudley-Do-Right Characters on the show (Abe, Bo, Marlena, Stephanie, Kayla, Steve etc.)
They have really toned down her antics, she's making friends around town, she's trying to do the right thing most of the time. Granted her voice can be a lil screechy, but I have the same affliction, theres nothin you can do about that.

They should've offed her by falling down that balcony when Nick had her. Chelsea and Steph should've disposed of Melanie for ruining Nicks life.
Or by biting the bullet in that tomb thing that Owen put them in. Owen should've put her in a morgue drawer.

Stephanie, dear do-gooder Stephanie should've choked her head for getting Max and her put in jail and ruining Max and hers' relationship. One would almost think that Melanie may have wanted to bed her own brother. It would'nt be too far off of a speculation for DAYS.

i love melanie. she is a breath of fresh air. if everyone were perfect like stephanie/rafe/brady the show would be dull as dirt. i also want her with philip, in the end, they have made chemistry. they could create a new triangle with melanie/philip/nathan ( i think this is the new guy's name).
