~) Stephanie new S/L is that she will be addicted to pill's and will be a hard core drug addict. Stephanie was kidnapped by Owen and was put in a draw at the morgue, and needed help by a Doctor because, she was under Stress not sleeping and reliving/thinking about Owen.... what had happened to her when Owen took her to the Morgue. So now because of that ordeal, Stephanie is now depending on those pills.... Phillip dosen't even know yet that she even has pills to help with sleep Have a good day Cheryl

I am not sure. I wanted to ask the question about her imagining Owen the other day. I got mixed signals from that? Was she scared of him? She seemed to me to be more intrigued than scared. I didnt really get the impression she was terrified of him?

I think it can be a good storyline. Hopefully the writers will do it right. I am on anxiety medication and believe it is easy to rely on your medication than to change your way of thinking and working out what is bothering you. I have had many anxiety attacks that scared the heck out of me so I can relate that way (of course not being stuck in a morgue). The only thing is, when you start anxiety medication it can mess with you until it is in your system. It took about 2 weeks before I started to feel better. Hopefully this will show another side to Stephanie. I think she has come a long way from when she started and hopefully with will see a stronger person come out of this.

Maybe she'll loosen up and stop being so damn whiny. her character may be more likeable.

I am sick of all the addicts! If it is for the actor to have a change and really portray the character of an addict and they make some emmys then okay we can deal with it, but I really don't think we need everyone on drugs.

Maggie, Lucas, & Brady are sober. Nicole isn't a drinker anymore and Mia is faux sober. The show could use a good druggie on it. They've created a s/l where this otherwise good character could be led into addiction.
To soon to tell, but if done right it could be interesting.

On a side note wish they'd at least give us a phone call from her parents. At some point Steve And Kayla will have to be back on screen to do an intervention or the s/l will not be as plausible.

What a goofy way to go with this character. I love the comment about maybe now she won't be so whiny! That would be a blessing. What kind of anxiety pill can it be that you can take 2 or 3 at a time. And while we are on the subject of her pill popping, at the same time this was going on she and Phillip were celebrating her graduation. When did that happen? She was only in college for a year

Hey and forget she was the victim of a date rape via Ford. She needs to work through a lot of issues, but at least it will force her to go back to her roots of family.

I personally think that Steph would be good with Brady. He can help her through her addiction and grow closer.

Ok guys, I usually stay out of the "heated" discussions on the forums but....

"What pill do you 2 or 3 of?" That is the start of addiction. Thats why shes doing it.

What cracks me up is noone is up in arms when EJ takes a drink EVERY scene, so why are people upset about the addiction s/l?

Bottom line guys, addition is real, it happens to all types of people (yound, old, rich and poor). What I hope the writers do is show her becoming stronger and showing how hard any addiction is to fight.

Maybe just maybe it could inspire a viewer to get help.

You mean to tell me with all that is going on with Stephanie, no word from Kayla and Patch? It's so unrealistic, you get to the point that I really don't care anymore what happens to any of them. Chloe is on my last nerve, get a divorce already and be done with it.

I really don`t care about the s/l. I`m sick of seeing addictions in real life, don`t care to see it on a show we watch to get out of the reality of real life. I have watched too many members of family, church, and what have you I`m sick of drugs. I hate drugs, and how they destroy people, lifes, and families. Not my idea of a good s/l. JMO. Blin.
