Steffy’s idea for Forrester is a hit, Eric doesn’t want Donna to host “The Catwalk” and Justin makes a declaration to Donna.
Kate and Bill take a steam together, but Katie is interrupted by a call from her assistant saying Eric and Ridge aren’t coming to her meeting. Katie has to go, despite Bill’s attempts to keep her there.
Donna interviews photographer Brio on “The Catwalk,” much to the audience’s boredom. After she leaves, Donna admits to Justin and Marcus how flat that interview was. Marcus gets called away and Justin tries to bolster Donna’s spirits. Eric comes by and sees Donna and Justin together and learns that Justin is the executive producer of the show. Eric wonders why Justin hired Donna with no experience and says, “Do I even need to ask?” He thinks Justin is exploiting her and accuses him of trying to get close to his wife. Bill joins them and senses some tension. Eric says he doesn't want Donna doing the show and starts to lead her away, but Bill asks what Donna wants. Donna asks Eric not to ask her to choose between him and what she’s always wanted to do. Eric just doesn’t want her working with ‘these’ people. Justin and Bill try to talk him into it, but he holds his ground. Bill asks Donna what she wants to do and Eric leads her away to talk privately.
Eric apologizes for overreacting and asks Donna to go away with him so they can forget all the bad and remember the good. Donna can’t because she has other responsibilities. This is a dream come true for her and she asks him to help her live it out. Eric wants to talk about it more at home and leaves, as Justin looks on at a distraught Donna.
Taylor has breakfast with Steffy and Thomas on the Forrester rooftop and tells them the company is their birthright. They discuss Katie as their boss and Taylor suggests they make their mark. Steffy says she has an idea for a new line and Thomas is reminded of their meeting and they run off.
Katie comes to her office and Brooke tells her Ridge and Eric won't be joining them today. Katie says it’s hard to be an intermediary when they don’t even show up and participate. Brooke reminds her how badly they must feel after years of running things. Brooke thinks they will come around, but it will take some time.
Rick, Thorne, Katie and Brooke brainstorm ideas as Steffy and Thomas walk in the office. Steffy offers her suggestion of building their campaign around the glamour of Hollywood. She wants to use the Logan sisters as models wearing old style Hollywood outfits. Everyone loves it and Katie says she will run it by Bill. The meeting ends and Katie tells Steffy she will mention her to Bill and wants her to be the point person on this, but Steffy is reluctant because of her loyalty to Eric and Ridge. Katie tells her if her ideas make them stronger as a company then she is honoring them. Katie and Brooke thank her for helping to unite them.
Marcus asks Eric if everything is okay, but he thinks Justin has an agenda with Donna and can’t be trusted.
Justin urges Donna to stay on as host because this is a great opportunity for her. She wants to be loyal to Eric, but Justin tells her she is good at this and it will open doors for her. He asks her to take his hand and walk through one with him. He tells her she is beautiful and wants to pick up where they left off years ago. He’s trying to accept her marriage, but he doesn't think it’s enough for her. He thinks the fire and passion is still there between them and she has needs that aren’t being met. He tells her he loves her and wants her and asks her to come back to him.
