Stephanie offends everyone at Jackie M, Bill has a plan for Katie and Marcus comes to terms with Justin.

Stephanie admits to Pam she may have had a little stroke, but she is a force in the fashion industry and nothing will change that. Nick pages in and says they have a meeting and Stephanie tells Pam she is going to prove what has happened had no effect on her.

In his office, Bill asks Katie if Justin is Donna’s ‘baby daddy’. Katie can’t lie and Bill says, “It’s true. Justin is Marcus’ father.”

Donna admits to Marcus that Justin is his father, but Justin never knew. Justin expresses his understanding yet again for why she did what she did and says all that matters is that they are here together. Marcus is dumbstruck and Justin talks about how much he wants to get to know him and be a father to him. Justin cries as he expresses how happy he is to finally have a son. Justin isn’t pressuring him and says he realizes they are practically strangers and that Eric wants to adopt him. Justin says being a Forrester is an honor and Marcus responds that Eric has been good to him and he reiterates that they are strangers. Justin says there is only one way to remedy that and Marcus asks if he will stick around town. Justin is thrilled and hugs his son.

Whip shows Nick, Bridget, Jackie and Owen the new Eye on Fashion about Jackie M being on the upswing. Stephanie walks in with Pam and says they can give her the credit for the good press considering everything she’s done for the company. They all go over some numbers and when asked about them, Stephanie looks confused and says she’s always gone by her instincts and doesn’t need to rely on numbers and if anyone has a problem with that, “There’s the door.” Jackie tells her no one is questioning her and Stephanie hopes not considering all her experience at FC and at Jackie M. She gets defensive and Pam suggests they get back to business. Stephanie agrees but gets in some shots putting everyone down saying she turned this company around and she is Jackie M designs. Whip leaves and Jackie says, “Here I thought I was Jackie M” and follows with Owen. Bridget asks how she could say those things because she thought they were trying to build Jackie M as a team. Bridget and Nick leave and Stephanie wonders why she said those things.

As Bill talks on the phone, Katie discovers a corkboard with all the Forrester Creations players’ photos on it. Katie can’t believe he’s still obsessed with this, but he reminds her he never told her he was backing off. He says he wants to save the company, but he can’t run it by himself. He puts her photo at the top of the board and says that’s where she comes in. He wants her to be the CEO of FC, but Katie worries about her family. Bill wants everyone to stay and contribute because he is not out to get Eric, but says he and Ridge are not world-class businessmen. He thinks Katie has what it takes to lead the company; she just needs to learn to be more aggressive. He’s confident he can bring it out in her if she’ll let him. Katie appreciates his confidence in her, but thinks people will laugh at her if she is made CEO. He tells her he won’t let that happen and they kiss. He tells her she kisses like a CEO, but she hasn’t agreed to anything yet. He says she will because the beautiful smart ones always do.
