Stephanie consoles Brooke, Thomas asks Ridge to come home, Owen begs Jackie to marry him in Hawaii and Bridget does her best to distract Nick.
Steffy and Thomas are at Taylor’s to take the last of Stephanie’s boxes over to Pam’s place, where she is moving. Ridge learns the kids know about him and Brooke and Thomas asks his father to come home. Ridge says he’ll think about it.
Stephanie goes to Brooke’s house and thanks her for what she did and for loving her son. She didn’t know Brooke could be so unselfish and Brooke tells her she doesn’t need her consolation or her shoulder to cry on. Stephanie empathizes with what Brooke is going through and Brooke says she’s not really angry, she just doesn’t know what else to say. She does know she has to hold it together for her kids, but she can’t hold on to the past, because it’s filled with Ridge and she can’t think about the future, because it’s unclear. Stephanie thinks in time she will find someone else, but Brooke thinks that part of her life is over. Stephanie assures her she will be all right and suggests she start the day fresh with a shower, makeup and a pretty dress. Brooke agrees and sadly walks upstairs. Stephanie thinks to herself that Brooke really did love Ridge and she can’t believe that after how hard she fought to get Brooke out of their lives, she feels sad for her.
Owen sees Nick and Jackie dining separately mere tables away from each other and runs over to his fiancée to distract her from seeing Nick. Bridget walks in and sees Owen and Jackie and goes over to Nick. They talk about how loud their neighbors were last night, as Owen wonders why Jackie won’t marry him there. Jackie agrees to go somewhere else to talk and they leave, as Bridget tells Nick to go back to their room to check in with the office and she’ll order them breakfast.
Owen talks to Chaika, the concierge, and Bridget asks Owen why he’s still there. He says he will do his best to keep Jackie in their room until they leave and Bridget will do the same with Nick. She asks him to keep the bed away from the wall and Owen smirks, saying he’ll do his best.
Nick talks to Clarke on the phone who tells him they hacked into Owen’s email to try and find out where he went on vacation.
Owen finds Jackie enjoying a drink out in the sun and he again pressures her to marry him right now. He tells her he’s already taken care of everything and all he has to do is say yes. She tells him she’s not backing away from marrying him, but she doesn’t understand his need to rush into it. Owen doesn’t think there is any other way because Nick will try to make sure it doesn’t happen. Jackie admits she hasn’t done a good job of keeping Nick at bay, but promises to be better about it in the future. Owen thinks Nick treats him like trash because he can. He tells her if she wants him to be more, then she needs to give him a place in her life where Nick can’t touch them. He doesn’t want to lose her and implores her to marry him now.
After the kids have left the room, Taylor tells Ridge he doesn’t have to do anything for her or their children. Ridge tells Taylor it’s not good for him to be around people right now. He can’t believe he cheated on Brooke and Taylor says what Brooke did showed a lot of compassion. Ridge says he will always love her. Ridge needs to go and Taylor says taking care of himself is the most important thing right now. She shares some of his pain, but can’t share all of it and wishes she could take it away.
Bridget goes back to the room and finds Nick who has already finished eating breakfast. He tells his bride he talked to Clarke and he’s upset thinking about where Owen and Jackie might be. He wants to go to the pool and cool down, but Bridget stops him by seducing him.
