Donna goes to Eric for comfort, Taylor comes to see Brooke, Beth gets hit by a car, and Donna gets a surprise visitor.
Donna continues to try and convince Stephanie that Pam is dangerous. She begs her rival to try and get through to her sister. Stephanie insists Pam has her condition under control and has never been dangerous. Stephanie says Pam is not crazy, but obsessive compulsive. Donna begs to differ, but Stephanie can’t figure out how Pam could have engineered the snake attack and thinks they should wait until the police bring her in. Donna thinks Pam just snapped and is attacking Donna out of her love for Stephanie. Stephanie counters that she doesn't need her sister to help her get Eric back, she will do that all on her own. Until someone can prove to her that Pam is guilty, Stephanie will not condemn her sister. She walks out leaving Donna in a panic.
Brooke and Beth discuss Katie at Brooke’s house. Beth tells Brooke she’s an amazing sister to let Jack go home with Katie considering the circumstances. Taylor comes to the door and Beth goes out for a walk.

Taylor tells Brooke about her and Rick’s wedding next week. Taylor invites Brooke saying it’s important for Rick to have his mother there, so it’s important to her. Brooke hems and haws and Taylor says she knows Brooke doesn’t approve and if she doesn’t support it then she doesn’t have to come, however Rick would like her to be there. Brooke says she will talk to her son about it. Taylor asks after Jack and says it’s not easy not having him around, but it’s the best thing for him. She asks if she can visit with him, but Brooke tells her that he’s with Katie and Nick. Taylor sympathies with Katie’s situation and offers her professional services should she need them. Brooke thanks her and regretfully says the baby gave Katie something to live for. Taylor thinks it’s strange Katie would want to be around Jack considering she just lost her own baby and Brooke agrees. Brooke just hopes being with Jack will make her feel better and says it’s only one night, Jack will be back in the morning.

At the hospital, Steffy tries to make Marcus feel better by kissing him, until Owen comes in and interrupts. Owen finds out what happened to Marcus and thinks he’s kidding when he says he was bitten by a cobra. Owen wonders how the snake got in the crate in the first place and starts asking questions related to Donna. Irritated, Marcus tells Owen to leave Donna alone because she is fine and trying to work on her marriage with Eric.

While out on her walk, a car trails Beth and speeds up behind her. Beth turns around in horror as the car comes up on her.

Eric plays the piano in his living room and recalls good times with Donna. Donna rushes over to Eric’s and asks him to hold her because she had the worst day. Eric obliges and Donna starts to feel safe. Donna tells Eric what happened with Marcus and Eric is concerned for his stepson. He comforts Donna and she tells him there’s something else…but her phone rings. Donna answers to Brooke who tells her that Beth was hit by a car.

After Owen is gone, Marcus vents his frustration about him to Steffy. He has a bad feeling about him because he seems obsessed with Donna. Steffy tries to defend Owen and asks if Donna really wants to get back together with Eric. Marcus says she does and thinks Owen better stay away from Donna because he’s bad news. Steffy says she should leave because visiting hours are over, but Marcus playfully wants to forget the rules. Steffy is swayed and starts kissing Marcus again and lays down on the bed with him.

Donna rushes over to Brooke’s house and finds Brooke tending to Beth’s injuries. Beth avoided getting run down, but got clipped by the car. Her pants are torn and her leg is scratched up. Beth says it was scary because it was like the person was deliberately trying to hit her. Donna gets nervous and Brooke takes Beth to the hospital. Donna stays behind for Hope and RJ and says to herself, “Marcus and now my mom. Damn you Pam!”

The doorbell rings and it's Owen. He came over to see if Donna’s alright after what happened with Marcus. She says she’s fine, but he thinks she’s the one in danger because the package with the snake had her name on it. Donna tells Owen about Beth getting hit by a car and says someone is out to get her and her family. Owen and Donna both think it’s Pam. Donna tells Owen to leave and they can talk later because no one can see them together. Owen agrees to leave, but instructs her to call if she needs anything.

Once alone, Pam sneaks up behind Donna and scares the daylights out of her. She says, “I’ve been watching you Goldilocks and if you don’t stay away from your Honey Bear, I’m going to put you in hibernation permanently!”
