Will You Take This Woman....

Thursday, May 08 2008
As the wedding ceremony begins at the Forrester Mansion, Nick spends time with Katie at the hospital.

At the Forrester mansion, Brooke tells Stephanie the wedding is set to proceed, saying, "In a few moments Donna and Eric will be husband and wife!" Stephanie replies, "Not if he's the man I think he is!" Inside, Felicia tells her father if he wants to back out, they could send the Minister home and have a family reunion! He just gives her a look. Nearby, Pam tries to engage Stephanie in a plot to make sure the wedding is a bust, but Stephanie says she's not going to pull anything. "And neither are you!" In an outer doorway, Taylor stands with Rick worrying about 'giving people something to talk about' by showing up together. Rick points out that his father and Donna are getting married in Stephanie's house - they already have plenty to talk about! Out on the terrace, Ridge presents Brooke with flowers. As Brooke speculates on the fate of Storm and Katie being in the hospital, Ashley comes out and offers a kind word about Storm. Meanwhile, in the hospital, Katie re-reads the portion of Storm's letter that asks her not to be too angry, for too long. "Our sisters will need us!" Nick comes in just then, and quips, "I see you've chosen a little light reading!" Katie shares her point of view with him, on what Storm did. "It's sick!" Back at the wedding, Donna laments to her father that it just doesn't feel right with Katie not there. He tries to lighten her mood by joking that she's about to be given the keys to Stephanie Forrester's house! It's another miracle! Donna smiles. "Oh, dad." Meanwhile, Brooke corners Eric and tries to extract a promise from him that he isn't going to back out and break Donna's heart!

At the hospital, Nick concedes that having her dead brother's heart in her is a little creepy, but she can choose to be creeped-out or make the best of it! Katie wonders why the Logan family was so convinced that Storm needed to be kept free, out of prison. "Maybe we were being selfish! Maybe he should have been locked up!" Nick says she'll have to live with that, and if she can't rally for her own sake, she should do it for her family's sake - they prayed for a miracle, and they got one! Back at the wedding, Donna asks the chuckling Minister to skip the part where he asks if there are any objections! Nearby, Ridge asks Rick what the hell he is doing bringing Taylor there! Rick tells him it's none of his business! Across the room, Stephen introduces himself to Pam who says, "Oh, you're the father of the home-wrecker!" He laughs, "And you must be Stephanie's charming sister!" Out on the terrace, Taylor defends her relationship with Rick to Brooke once again. Inside, Eric is now speaking with Stephanie who reminds him that vows are for a lifetime! Suddenly, the wedding march begins! Pam sits in her seat glaring and imagines herself spraying the bride down with a big hose! Back in reality, Stephen walks his daughter down the aisle and hands her off to a smiling Eric. Stephanie watches, taking deep breaths.

In Katie's room, she tells Nick that Storm didn't have to die! Nick replies that that is true, but if he hadn't, she would've! He explains to her how everything happened that day, and suggests she might want to be grateful to Storm. Back at the wedding, Brooke finishes a reading and wishes Donna and Eric safe harbor from 'tempests' that may surround them. Donna and Eric exchange heartfelt vows next. In Donna's vows she says today is about uniting families. She claims she has been thinking a lot that day about her family, and the members who can't be here, and how his family is here. He interrupts and says he has been thinking about these same things, and about other weddings that have taken place in the house. He then tells her that she can trust him - he is going to love her everyday of his life from now on! Stephanie hears his words and a slightly surprised look crosses her face. Back at the hospital, Katie tells Nick she realizes she is lucky to be alive, but she is having trouble grasping that Storm had to die. "How do I move on, when every breath is a reminder. I lay here and listen to my brother's heart in my chest and I feel lost. Like I'm not me anymore!" Nick says his guess is that she is still her! He notes that he was only getting to know her when this happened, but if she gives him a chance he might be able to help her come to terms with all this. Back at the wedding as the Minister continues with the ceremony, Stephanie remembers back to Eric promising to love her many years ago. As the Minister asks Eric if he will take Donna to be his wife, there is a pause. Stephanie leans forward in her seat...

Good morning ladies,

Candy050- Glad to see you posting and keeping people in line. I don't know why people use this forum to vent their personal issues, if you don't like what you're reading, quit reading it!!!! I happen to agree with you, while Steph may have done some downright low things in her lifetime, she was all about family. Anyone who has watched the older episodes, she was and still is a beautiful, classy lady. No one can walk in her shoes; Donna might be the next Mrs. Eric Forrester, but it is Stephanie who is the true Mrs. Forrester.

SCgirlsonice- We get you wish Katie dead, a little harsh don't you think? Well, she's not dead, she's very much alive, deal with it and move on!!!!

Typical Logan performances yesterday, Brooke, like daddy deadbeat doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut, and could Donna have been anymore classless.

I, for one, can't wait til Donna's past catches up with her and watch her scramble to find excuses all the while trying to keep her marriage together!!

I loved when Taylor attempted to get away and not go with Brooke out to the balcony. But Brooke insisted and started getting a little louder, so I think that in order to avoid a scene, Taylor went with her.

I thought it was pretty funny....because, first Brooke used to claim that she thought Taylor was using Rick and going to dump him and hurt him.

Now, she is saying, "Pheobe will get hurt and Rick will never forgive himself". Which makes no sense, because Rick KNOWS that Pheobe will be hurt, and he does not appear too concerned about it.

Brooke looked pretty silly standing up and being an advocate for Dumma and Grandpa, when she claims Rick and Taylor are sick. As Taylor pointed out, Dumma and Grandpa have a bigger age difference.

Grandpa just married his ex-SIL

Hi Girly!! How are you? Glad to see you posting!

Candy is right, here we agree to disagree and don't start trouble. That is our motto...

I am looking forward to what the writers are going to do with Katie's character in future. I hope that she doesn't go all LowGone on us... maybe with Storm's heart and her good sense, we will be seeing at least one of those girls acting normal.

I have to agree with girlt22, they are just dying to get their hands on the Forrester capital... makes one sick to the stomach. Brooke better start recalculating, as far as I see it, she hasn't nailed JJ with the marriage certificate yet and if there is any justice, she won't.

As for Donna trying to keep Eric until she has rights on half of his fortune, I can't wait to see that, either. She is as low as it gets... talking that stuff in front of his children...

And then he says what he did...

Maroons.. the set of them as they live and breathe...

Hope Stephanie gets a new life real soon.. and gets as far away from the insanity... named Logan!

Hey Outland, luvda, hope you're both well this morning.

I never did like Eric and Donna together, I have more class in my little toe than that woman has in her whole being!!! Like it's been pointed out several times, with the exception of the "society page" article, why hasn't Eric introduced her to his country club buddies or his fashion world cronies...reminds me of a scene from Pretty Woman, when Richard Gere introduces his hooker to the women at the polo match and they exclaim that she's "the flavor of the week"!!!! Donna'a a Logan from the valley, she'll never be a class act, I just can't wait for her past to catch up with her.

***SPOILER ALERT***
May 19 - May 23

Katie moves in in with Bridget and Nick.

Donna confides to Katie that Marcus may be the baby she gave up for adoption when she was a teen.

Clueless as to the Marcus situation, Eric promises Ridge that if there is any scandal concerning FC and caused by Donna, he will resign as CEO of Forrester.

Donna and Marcus have a conversation about their relationship, which leaves Marcus more resentful because she abandoned him.

Phoebe returns from her tour with Constatine, and runs into Marcus at Insomnia.

Phoebe still has hopes of getting back together with Rick, and she then gets the shock of her life when she finds Rick and Taylor in Bed.

When Taylor tries to explain how much she and Rick are in love, Phoebe refuses to believe the explanastion, forcing Taylor to tell Rick that their affair has to end.

Good Morning, Ladies....Luvda, Girlie, Outland, Candy

Long time no see...I have missed you all. Hope it is ok to express that....SCGIRL...just skip this part, ok!

What a horrible, hateful family the Logans are...where to begin with my disgust. Donna was beyond low class - way to go to try to unite the families. Talking nasty about your hubby's kids right in front of everyone at your wedding. That should do it. Brooke, ahhhhh what can you say about her that hasn't already been said - the Queen of Low Class for sure.

And here was me thinking this was a forum where people talked about what they liked and didn;t like about the Bold and the Beatiful, there favourite characters and such.
Instead you have to be ...kept in line if you dare to disagree with the very vocal minority.
I have heard Brooke and others called every horrible ajective under the sun, but that somehow is fine.
Because I mentioned I disliked Stephenies character I'm venting my personal issues.
If you don't like to hear opinions that differ from your own why are you on a public forum.
You do realize in life everyone isn't going to agree with you don't you.

Girly! Great reference to Pretty Woman... just.. this one here on B&B is really just out for the bucks!

Luvda! Great spoilers! Love them... can't wait to see them played out.

Greema! Good to see you again! I am with you, the nerve of this low-life social climbing bundle of Genes... is amazing.

I can't wait for this all to blow up in their faces!

Good Morning Greema,

Hi lucyg whats wrong? I thought candy050 was just answering your post. there are some that dislike Stephanie, i for one used to, long, long, long time ago...did i mention it was a long time ago? i didn't like the way that Brooke was always losing out to Stephanie. Then Brooke went and done something that wasn't pleasing to me and I flipped the script back to Stephanie.

Stephanie, really needs to move on, but she always thought that Eric will be the one that she ends as her life long partner. Eric is so egotistical and just wants to try and keep youthful with a younger woman. This marriage will pull him down and I can see him off and running back to Stephanie. Remember he did say that a evil voice was in his ear telling him he was making a fatal mistake. I guess all he can picture right now is all the honey that will be dripping all over him

Have a great day lucyg

Whew !!! I was beginning to think it was something I said. I post a message and everyone leaves, lol.

That Donna sure is his father's daughter. Nothing more important than putting Stephanie in her place. What stupid vows she said.....stupid, stupid.

As for Katie, I think she finally got what she needed. No yapping Logans in her room and someone to LISTEN. Nick was tolerable today, at least he listened to Katie's point of view and didn't judge her feelings. He let her vent and quietly gave some advice.
