B&B Breakdown For May 25 - 29!

This was the week for hypocrisy on B&B. I suppose every week is, but this week really drove it home for me.

Ridge acts all high and mighty with Brooke, but he is the one keeping the secret of their invalid marriage from her. She has been upfront about everything regarding Rick and Stephanie with him, so what is he waiting for? Same with Stephanie. How can she lambaste Brooke for what she said on the webcast when she said vile things about the Logans, Eric and her children’s company? Sure Brooke didn’t include the Forresters in her rant, but Stephanie is helping to destroy those same people’s company! And then there’s Taylor. She continues to tear Brooke down for protecting her son, when Taylor constantly defends Thomas who almost killed Rick.

Speaking of Taylor, she was just too much for me this week. Give it a rest already! How many times does Ridge have to choose Brooke over you until you accept that you’ve been dumped? She’s really making a fool of herself and sticking her nose in where it doesn’t belong. She has no say in what happens at FC. Her kids are adults and if they want to secure their place in FC, then they can do it themselves. Like Brooke said, you are a psychiatrist not a fashion designer.

As for Stephanie, at least her kids finally told her what she is doing with her articles and blogs are hurting their father and she needs to stop. Not that Bill will let her though! I don’t know why it was such a shock for Stephanie to learn Bill was using her to bring down Forrester. I thought it was pretty obvious.

The blogs themselves are just ridiculous. I don’t know much about the business world, but I have to assume people who run high profile companies are not going to waste their time whining about each other on the Internet and if they did, I would think viewers would think they were a bit pathetic for doing so. Or maybe that’s just me. Either way, now that Stephanie has stated she won’t do it anymore, I hope they are done with them for good.

That’s really about all that happened this week. Nick and Bridget were cute, but there’s not much to comment on except I would have a harder time forgiving my ex for shacking up with my aunt. There was also the cute scene between Bill and Katie early in the week, which just further proved he has chemistry with everyone.
