Originally published August 5, 2008 - He may not get as much screen time as his fans would like on The Bold and the Beautiful, but that doesn’t mean Winsor Harmon isn’t working hard. When the actor isn’t on set, he can probably be found training for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon that will be held in Southern California on Sunday, September 14.
The event will involve a ½ mile swim, an 18-mile bike ride and a 4-mile run along the Pacific Ocean. The physically demanding event will benefit the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles’s Pediatric Cancer Research Program.
As Harmon states on his website, “I love this event because it raises money for the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. It's a great day and a great way to give back. I love doing charity work especially for kids; every child should always have a smile on their face.”
Alec Musser will also compete in the celebrity charity event who from 2005-2007 played Del Henry on All My Children, a role that Winsor originated in 1994.
