On Bill's plane, Katie talks to Brooke on the phone and tells her she doesn't know where they are going, but hangs up in the middle of their conversation when Bill nuzzles her ear. Bill and Katie get passionate and after having sex, enjoy a couple of martinis. Katie asks if he has any second thoughts and he replies, "Not marrying you sooner." He feels bad for the position he put her in with the Forresters and her sisters. He thinks they could have swayed her to go against him and then he would have lost her. He knew she would have to stand up to a lot of pressure if she was going to be with him and Katie says she can stand up to just about anything with him by her side. Bill is grateful she chose him to be her husband and Katie tells him there is no one in this whole world who knows them like they know each other and they kiss.

Donna returns home from the wedding and tells Eric everyone is on their way over. She would like them to welcome everyone together, but Eric won’t do that. Brooke and Ridge come to the house and learn from Donna that Eric won’t be playing host tonight. Katie and Bill arrive and then Rick follows, who just came in from Paris. Marcus, Justin, Jarrett, Beth and Stephen all enter the house and congratulate the happy couple. Rick asks about the wedding and Bill says he never thought a little park in Van Nuys could be so magical. As Bill and Katie mingle, Bill spots Eric on the terrace and goes to talk to him. He thanks him for opening his home, but Eric says it was Donna’s idea. Donna comes over and asks Eric to join her for the toast. Inside, Ridge tells Brooke he doesn't know how Eric is going to get through tonight. Donna comes back inside and welcomes everyone to celebrate Katie and Bill’s wedding. She then calls Justin up who talks about how Katie changed Bill and wishes them a beautiful life together. Brooke goes next and talks up the woman Katie is today and the exiting adventure she and Bill have ahead of them. The cake is then cut and Jarrett catches the garter.

In the foyer, Stephen and Beth talk with Katie about how wonderful the wedding was. Katie tells them she was trying to give Beth pieces of the past and Beth tells her she did. Bill walks over and tells Katie the jet is waiting to take them on their honeymoon. As Mr. and Mrs. Spencer say their thank yous and goodbyes, a choked up Bill tells the Logans he is honored to join their family. Instead of tossing her bouquet, Katie hands it to her mother so as not to take any chances because she wants her and Stephen to get married soon. Before they leave, Katie pulls Bill into a kiss.

Katie and Bill drive to the jet in the convertible, but he won’t tell her where they are going on their honeymoon. Katie wants to take a detour on the way to the airport and tells him to pull over. They end up at 'Pleasure Point', which overlooks L.A. and where Donna and Brooke spent a lot of their youth, because Katie thought it would be the perfect place to start their honeymoon. As they start to get passionate, Katie notices his sword necklace is missing, but Bill’s not worried about it and they go back to kissing. Katie tells him they are meant to be and they are better together than they are apart.

In the park in their old neighborhood, Stephen walks Katie down the aisle to Bill as their family, friends and neighbors look on. When Katie gets to him, Bill tells her she takes his breath away.

The wedding gets underway as Karen does a reading and thanks Katie for putting a smile on Bill’s face. Stephen is next and encourages Beth to speak with him. They recall old times in the neighborhood and Stephen says he doesn’t know how he ever left Katie, or how she forgave him, but he’s glad to be a part of the family again and now he has a new happy memory: Katie’s wedding.

When Stephen is done, the priest asks for the rings and Bill and Katie put them on each other. Katie recites her vows saying she never could have imagined Bill or how he could bring so much love and joy to her life. She accepts him for who he is and loves him for his flaws, honesty, loyalty and strength. She has felt his heart almost from the moment they first met and she will cherish it for the rest of her life. When it’s Bill’s turn, he brings out the vows Jarrett wrote for him, but then puts it back in his pocket. He tells her he has never been overwhelmed, until today. This park is a sacred place because he now sees her for the complete woman she is. She is his vision and has brought so much to his life and made him want something he never cared much about: being a part of a family. He is honored to be a part of hers and will love her each and every day until the day he dies. The priest pronounces them husband and wife and Bill kisses his bride. Bill and Katie then get in the red convertible she had refurbished. Katie looks back at her old bedroom window and drives off.

Stephen brings Beth to their old house and Beth remembers it. As they run up to the door, their old neighbors, Mike and Kelly, see them and ask why Beth’s letters stopped coming. Stephen interjects saying they got back together and Katie is getting married today. Bill happens by and meets Mike and Kelly, who tell him he’s a lucky man to marry such a sweetheart.

Ridge sees Karen by the park Bill and Katie are getting married in. She’s surprised her jet-setting brother is getting married there, in Van Nuys, and Ridge says it must be love. Bill walks down the street and sees Ridge and Karen. He thanks them for coming and thanks Ridge for Katie’s dress. After Ridge walks away, Karen points out the park isn’t as sophisticated as his yacht, but Bill says this is what Katie wanted.

Jarrett meets with Bill in the park who thinks they’ve landed in Mayberry. Bill will make the best of it for Katie and Jarrett thinks it will be perfect. After Jarrett walks away, Stephen thanks Bill for going along with Katie’s wishes and warns him when you get one Logan you get them all. He says he’s trusting him with his little girl and instructs him to take care of her. Bill promises to for the rest of his life and Stephen hugs him, welcoming him to the family, but Bill looks uneasy.
