Donna, No!

On the rooftop, Eric sits at a table and wonders what he’s waiting for. He thinks he needs to call Donna and tell her she is his future. Ashley calls him from the airport to tell him she appreciates the time off he gave her to figure things out. Eric hopes she’s coming back, but Ashley tells him she is resigning. Eric is disappointed and Ashley tells him she is reinventing herself. She’s going to London so she can pack her things up and get her daughter and move back to Genoa City. She tells Eric that she and Victor have found their way back to each other and she needs to figure out who they are to each other now. She thanks him for all the opportunities he gave her. Eric tells her it was his joy and asks her keep in touch.

That Woman Comes Home to Me!

At a table on the rooftop, Ashley tells Felicia about going home to Genoa City for Victor’s wedding. They see Donna, Marcus and Owen talking and Felicia asks, “Who is that?” They talk about Forrester’s new fragrance and Felicia is outraged at the name, “La Donna.” Ashley thinks it might go over well, but Felicia asks her to drag her heals on it until she can talk her father out of it. Ashley leaves to go back to work and Felicia watches Owen and Donna talk.

Donna Is Out and Mother Is Back In!

Ridge gathers Thorne, Felicia, Ashley, Phoebe and Steffy together and says the future of Forrester Creations is right here in this room. Phoebe wonders why an emergency meeting has been called and Ridge passes out recent sales figures to everyone. Ashley notes there’s been a huge drop in sales and Ridge says even though Eric’s latest designs were critically acclaimed, they didn’t translate into sales. They blame Eric’s marriage to Donna and cite reports that people aren’t happy with the young line or Eric marrying a much younger woman. Felicia says their clients want beauty, class and style and Donna doesn’t embody that. Felicia doesn’t think Donna belongs in the company and Ridge wonders when it comes to Donna, what will happen next?

Marcus knocks and enters the room with a delivery. Thorne takes it from him and introduces Marcus to everyone. Felicia remarks that he was working at Storm’s memorial service and they all make polite small talk. Marcus apologizes for interrupting and leaves. The group discusses Marcus and Ridge says hiring him was Donna’s idea. No one understands why Eric would hire him without experience and Ashley wonders what Donna’s connection is to Marcus. Steffy says it looks like Marcus is doing a good job, but Thorne is bothered that Donna is using her influence to get people hired at Forrester. Ridge asks if they will all agree to take a stand against Donna and everyone confirms that she is hurting Forrester Creations. Ridge says when it comes to Eric and Donna’s marriage, that’s Eric’s business, but when it comes to the company, that’s another story. Ridge declares that Donna is out and mother is back in, as Marcus stands outside the door eavesdropping.

Prom Night.

Ashley, Phoebe, Thorne and Felicia discuss Katie’s situation and Ashley thinks they should support Katie and make her as comfortable and as happy as they can. Jackie comes in and says Ridge and Eric designed a dress for Katie and tonight she will be a princess. Felicia says she saw the dress and hopes it’s not the only time she gets to wear it. Phoebe wonders what Nick has planned.

Heart...Break.

Ridge is just finishing up his conference call when Ashley comes in, asking about Katie. She also questions how things are going between Ridge and Brooke. He says everything's good, except for Donna. "I just don't like being at odds with Dad over this," he says. But Ashley says this is what you have to endure when you want to protect your family. Ridge questions that Eric's loyalty isn't with the Forresters, but is with "his new family, The Logans." Ashley explains that the real reason she came up was to get his opinion on Donna's plans for the Sky Lounge on the roof. Ridge says it's a great idea, but terrible timing. "It's another way she's ingratiating herself in here," Ridge says angrily. "I just don't see what he sees in her. She seems so plastic, so unreal..." Ashley says for Ridge's sake she hopes Eric sees the light soon.

Out to Pasture!

At Forrester Creations, Ridge and his siblings continue to argue with Brooke about Donna not belonging at the company. Ashley pipes up that this is the reason she left Jabot – because of the business being affected by family fighting. Thorne suggests that maybe Eric should leave the company and go off and have his second childhood.

In his office, Eric tells Stephanie that the kids ganging up on Donna is totally unfair. Stephanie tries to make him see that they see her as an interloper. Eric says Donna will not bring scandal to the business, or anything like that – he trusts his wife. Stephanie sighs that she knows he does, and that he is happy – and for that she is glad for him. Stephanie asks if he is looking for her to negotiate a ceasefire with the kids. Before he can answer, they all come into the office, including Brooke and Ashley. Ridge speaks up and says that they all have contributed enormously to the success of the company, and care very much about it. They tell Eric they are sure Donna will want children of her own – and then his loyalties will be even more divided. He assures them there won’t be anymore children cropping up in this family!

Back in Eric’s office, Eric insists that he wants the woman he loves to be part of what he has built at Forrester. Felicia tells him that he isn’t thinking in a business-like way and Thorne urges him to take a trip with Donna. Stephanie asks if they are all suggesting that Eric be put out to pasture! Ridge confirms that they are – calling himself Eric’s ‘ heir apparent’, he declares that it’s time for him to take over! Thorne and Felicia both assure Eric that they will not work with Donna. Eric glowers at them. Stephanie reminds them that Eric owns the company. Eric turns and asks Ashley if she feels the same way as the rest of them. Ashley replies that she has doubts about Donna’s credentials. Brooke says she is staying no matter what. Eric then turns to Ridge and tells him that he loves him, he says he loves all of them. He says though, that he also loves and trusts Donna. He makes them a deal – if Donna brings shame down on the company or family, he will step down. “I love my wife that much!”

It's True! He's Her Son!

At Forrester, Eric asks Thorne, Felicia, Ridge, Brooke and Ashley to wait for Donna – after all, if not for her, the company would still be in the hands of Nick Marone! Eric’s kids tell him that they don’t see Donna having an important role in the company. Eric says Donna is his wife and they will respect her! Just then, Donna walks in and asks what she missed. Eric welcomes her and they sit down. Felicia notes that Donna hasn’t read the agenda and isn’t prepared. As Eric begins the meeting, Ridge speaks up and tells Donna that she doesn’t belong at Forrester Creations. Brooke speaks up and says Donna inspired one of the most successful collections. Eric again insists that they show Donna respect, but his kids are having none of it. Ridge throws it in Eric’s face that he shamed the company by standing naked out on a ledge. Eric sternly tells them that the meeting is adjourned until they are ready to respect the new Mrs. Eric Forrester.
