Steffy's Secret Weapon.

At Forrester Creations, Pam stops Donna from grabbing a lemon bar off her desk. They exchange barbs and Pam tells Donna Brooke is in the office with everyone. She also tells her she is fumigating the place to rid it of any trace of the Spencer/Logan regime.

How Much More Can They Take?

In the FC building, Pam sneaks up on Donna and revels in telling her she's, "Baaaccckk!" Pam offers her a lemon bar, but Donna says she doesn't eat those things. Pam thinks she's been eating something because she's 'porking up'.

A drenched Brooke comes into Ridge's office and Donna wonders what happened to her. Brooke explains and laments that everything is turned upside down. Brooke dries off as the sisters discuss the new dynamics at FC and how Steffy got Bill to sell them the company back.

It Can't Get Much Worse.

At FC, Steffy tells Eric Brooke wants Taylor's shares in the company, but they can't let her have them. Thorne joins them, as Ridge says they just need to focus on the fact that they got the company back, regardless of who is co-owner. Hope and Donna walk in and Steffy says the office will still be a war zone if Brooke is in charge. She thinks if they want things to get better then things have to change completely, but Hope and Donna assure Steffy the Logans aren't going anywhere. Brooke walks in, along with Taylor and Stephanie. Stephanie asks Ridge if he wants Brooke or Taylor running the company and Ridge tells his ex-wife this is huge investment and risk. He reminds her she has a career outside the company and FC isn't as important to her as it is to any of them or Brooke. He thinks Brooke has made a major contribution to the company and deserves to be part of it. Steffy thinks Brooke betrayed them by ratting out the Dare line and wants the company run by Forresters, so the Logans can be out. She tells her mother she has to do this and Taylor says she's made her decision. She thinks Forrester has to get its soul back and that they need to be known for their honesty, commitment and family values. She wants to get back to that and says she will fund her twenty five percent and being part owner would be a great honor to her.

A Flair For the Dramatic.

In the basement, Steffy tells a shocked Brooke and Donna that she created REST, which includes Stephanie and Taylor and got Bill to sign the agreement. Katie and Bill walk in and learn Stephanie and Taylor are the new co-owners. Bill and Katie are furious and Katie wonders what Steffy had to do with this. Steffy explains she took advantage of a vulnerable moment and Bill sold the company to make Katie's Christmas wish come true. Their attorney walks in and Bill says he can rip up the contract because the deal is off, however, he's told the contract is legal and binding. Ridge asks for a moment alone with his wife and after everyone leaves, Ridge explains he had to act on the agreement because he was finally getting the company back. Brooke is unhappy, but Ridge reminds her Stephanie deserves a place there. She wonders about Taylor and he says her portion will eventually go to Steffy and Thomas, as theirs will go to Hope and RJ. Brooke feels like she' put back in the role of an undeserving woman who has wormed her way into his life. Taylor returns to tell Brooke she hasn't treated her husband or Eric very well and Ridge backs her up saying Brooke wasn't very proactive in helping them when Katie took over. Taylor tells Brooke she does not deserve Ridge because she has no idea what he has been going trough after the take over. Brooke has been suffering right along with him, but she was trying to make the best of the situation. She even tried to get the company back from Bill. She declares she deserves to own the company and asks Taylor to do the right thing. She wants to buy back Taylor's 25 percnet ownership and asks her to sleep on it tonight. She wants her to really think about it before she makes her announcement tomorrow.

The Forresters are Back in Control.

On another break from the Goddess shoot, the Logans trade barbs with Stephanie once again. Brooke declares the Logans are Forrester creations and Stephanie is just a name in the dust. Stephanie and Taylor leave and Ridge comes to the shoot. He learns of the new campaign and is a bit surprised since they usually have meetings about this kind of thing. Steffy calls him and tells him she needs to see him.

Katie, Donna and Brooke walk in Katie's office and find Bill who has an announcement for all of them. He shocks them by saying he sold the company citing all the discord isn't helping FC succeed. He hopes he's making it up to Katie when didn't sell FC at Christmas time when she originally asked him to. He tells them about the Ridge Eric Sustainable Trust and congratulates Brooke and Donna, who are happy, but Katie looks furious. Privately, Katie asks Bill what's going on, upset he didn't tell her about this. He did what he thought was best for them, but she can't believe it since this job has become a huge part of her life. He reminds her how she wanted this for her sisters at Christmas, but she says she sucked it up like he told her to. Brooke and Donna thank Bill and excitedly leave to tell Eric and Ridge. Bill continues explain to Katie who tries to understand that his heart was in the right place. He assures her it was and vows she will always have his heart.

Eric, Ridge, Stephanie and Taylor walk in the basement office where Steffy tells them they each need to raise 50 million dollars because Bill is selling the company back to them. She says she put a corporation together called REST – Ridge Eric Stephanie Taylor – and shows them the papers Bill signed. They can't believe he signed them and wonder if she tricked him. She promises there were no tricks involved, but they still don't understand why he signed the papers now. She doesn’t think they should question it and says they need to act now. She had to do this for Eric and Ridge and wonders if Stephanie wants to come back to her real family. Stephanie isn't sure she's welcome, but Eric tells Stephanie they want her back because the company isn't a company without her. Steffy looks to Taylor who doesn’t think she is part of the company either, but Steffy assures her she is. Taylor accepts and Ridge is impressed with Steffy, but asks what part Brooke will play in all of this. Steffy wants FC in the hands of their family and says that Brooke and Donna will always be involved, but they can't be owners because that role has to be within the Forrester family. Ridge is proud of his daughter and asks Eric if he's ready to walk the halls as an owner again. Eric is and tells Steffy well done. Everyone signs the papers and celebrates. Brooke and Donna walk in and share in the joy of getting the company back. The sisters ask Stephanie and Taylor to leave so they can engage in a board meeting. Stephanie and Taylor take pleasure in telling them they are part of the ownership team now, but Donna and Brooke are not.

Done Deal.

Donna and Brooke go to the photo shoot space and Brooke tells her sister they will be modeling the campaign again. Katie walks in and tells her sisters she fired Steffy and that Bill supported her. She offers to take the heat for it with Ridge and then says they have a job to do, by becoming goddesses. The sisters change and Brio, the photographer, takes shots of them in their goddess garb. After a few photos are taken, Katie realizes Donna and Brooke are holding back and assures them they're better with Steffy gone and they need to rise to the occasion so they look good in these photos. They get back to work, as Stephanie and Taylor walk in. The women bicker about whose turn it is to run FC and then Steph and Taylor watch as Brio and the Logans get back to work.

Your Company or Your Wife.

In Katie's office, Brooke, Donna and Katie discuss an interim campaign until Hope is ready to get back to work. Katie wants their new campaign to be called Goddess and Brooke and Donna love it. Brooke wants to get Steffy on it right away, but Katie informs them she's firing her. Donna and Brooke remind her she is Ridge's daughter so she can't just toss her out, but Katie thinks the faster she moves on the better and just hopes it's not too late. Despite her sisters' concerns, Katie declares Steffy is out of there today. Steffy walks in, as Donna and Brooke make their exit. Katie rips into Steffy for throwing herself at Bill and calls her pathetic. Katie fires Steffy, as Steffy fishes around in her bag for Katie's engagement ring. Katie gets a call, as Bill calls Steffy. Steffy leaves the office as Katie talks business on the phone. Steffy tells Bill Katie just fired her, but she has the ring and will show it to her. Bill urges her not to do it and Steffy presents him with his options again.
