Moving On.

Taylor welcomes Phoebe home who says she might be moving back since the tour is over and Constantine is taking a break. Taylor asks if she’ll be doing the next tour and Phoebe says maybe, but she was pretty busy promoting the “Phoebe” fragrance so he might want someone with more time. Taylor says it’ll be nice to have her home and Phoebe says it’ll be easier to be there now that Rick isn’t sharing her bed. Taylor looks shocked, but Phoebe doesn’t think she should be surprised that she’s still angry and tells her mother that’s why she hasn’t been home.

Taylor explains the family intervention they had with Ridge and how she wanted Phoebe to be there. Phoebe says she couldn’t deal with it because she had finally accepted her and Rick and then Taylor suddenly wanted to get back together with Ridge. Taylor apologizes, but Phoebe says she just wants things to be the way they were. She calls Rick her first love and Taylor promises she will make it up to her because she didn’t know how much she hurt her. Taylor says she will regret it for the rest of her life and they hug.

Ridge welcomes Phoebe home at Taylor’s house and tells her she can’t be gone that long ever again. Ridge notices she’s wearing the barrette he gave her from Sydney and Phoebe says she wears it all the time and thinks about him. She understands now that he was only trying to protect her then and she appreciates it. She tells her father she wrote a song for him and offers to sing it at the rehearsal dinner. They talk about how much they miss each other and Taylor returns to the room with tea and hears them talking about the wedding. Phoebe says she will unpack so they can talk.

Phoebe exits the room and Taylor asks why Ridge stopped by, saying she overheard something about a wedding. Ridge tells Doc the wedding is tomorrow. Taylor sadly congratulates him and says she had hoped things would be different. Ridge asks if she can let it go and move on. Taylor responds that she can if he promises her to help bring some stability to the family, especially since Phoebe is home. She knows there isn’t a chance for them, but she asks him to come over sometimes and hang out with the kids. He says, “Done.” Taylor wonders if Brooke will take issue with it, but Ridge assures her Brooke will be fine. Taylor promises she will move on and they hug. Ridge asks her to come to the wedding and Taylor says no. Ridge tells her he will always love her.

You Are Such a Dolt!

Rick sits in the office and remembers Eric telling him how much he loves him and that he will never feel or be second to Ridge again. He then recalls Eric naming him president. Taylor comes to see him and tells him she is very happy for him. Rick thinks it’s high time he got the recognition he deserves, but Taylor meant she’s happy he’s walking again. Rick thinks Ridge would rather see him flat on his back, but Taylor thinks that’s unfair and doesn’t want Rick to blame Ridge for what happened between them. Rick accuses Ridge for confusing her and thinks he earned the right to sit behind that desk and run things. Taylor tells him how devastated Ridge was over Brooke’s words. Rick says Ridge will no longer receive blind loyalty from Brooke or his family and the announcement was about him, so Ridge’s name didn’t need to be mentioned. They debate what happened and Rick says the days of Ridge playing games are over, but Taylor thinks if Brooke doesn’t play her cards right, that’s not all that will be over. Rick retorts that would work out fine for Taylor, but she thinks this is about Brooke and Ridge’s toxic relationship and one day it has to stop. She says today might be that day.

This Taping is Not Live.

Ridge bemoans the Rick situation to Taylor and thinks Rick gave Eric the same sob story that Throne gave Eric every couple of years – that he’s been in the shadow of the ‘favorite son’ for years. Taylor points out that Ridge never asked to be that, but says that’s exactly what he is and he shouldn’t be punished for it. Ridge just hopes Brooke can bring some perspective and set the record straight. Taylor asks when Ridge is moving back into Brooke’s house and Ridge scoffs. Ridge says he may not be able to move back in for a while because Rick has a long road of fake recovery ahead of him. Taylor questions his statement and Ridge says he’s certain Rick has been able to walk for a while now. Taylor is doubtful, but Ridge says Rick hates him and it’s a charade Rick will play as long as he gets what he wants, which is him out of the company and as far away from his mother as possible.

Taylor and Ridge watch the podcast and note that everyone can watch it, even people overseas. Ridge is disappointed that Eric didn’t even mention him and then watches Brooke’s speech which Rick edited to sound like Brooke was talking about Rick when she said all the glowing things about Ridge. Ridge is outraged and Rick is thrilled at his handwork. Ridge is furious and wonders how Brooke could do this. Taylor tries to defend Brooke, but Ridge thinks what Brooke said to the whole company is totally out of line. Taylor doesn’t want to leave him alone, but Ridge says he won’t be alone long because his ‘devoted fiancée’ is on her way home. Taylor says he can call her anytime because she’s there for him. Taylor leaves and Ridge stews over what he just heard.

Watch Out For the Anvils!

Taylor goes to see Ridge and is outraged at what’s happening. Ridge thought Eric was preparing him to take over the company, but now he’s giving it to Rick. Ridge doesn’t know how Eric could do this and Taylor asks what Brooke thinks about all this. Ridge says she will make a statement making it clear that Rick is not the heir apparent that Ridge is. He needs her to make a major impact and he knows that she won’t let him down.

It’s a Miracle!

Steffy and Taylor discuss Ridge, and Taylor thinks they shouldn’t assume Ridge will stay with them again. Steffy thinks Ridge enjoyed being with them and Taylor reminds her it was just one night, but Steffy thinks it was a great night. Taylor says sometimes you shouldn’t get your hopes up. Steffy says last night was amazing and Taylor agrees and says even Stephanie thinks she is making inroads with Ridge. Taylor comments how happy she is to have Stephanie back in her life and in her corner. Steffy hopes Ridge listens to his mother and realizes how much they want him back home. Taylor says she will do everything to make sure Ridge knows that. Steffy is happy to hear her mother sound so positive. When Taylor first came back to them, Steffy thought everything would go back to the way it was, but when Ridge left, her fantasy of them as a happy family exploded. She couldn’t stand to see Taylor so hurt and that’s why she left and stayed away at school for so long. Steffy berates herself for not being there for Taylor then, but she will keep hoping with all her heart that Ridge will come back to her. When she has her own kids, Steffy wants to bring them back to the house so they can see how happy their grandparents are. Taylor is going to do everything to make that happen, but points out Brooke is in the picture. Steffy knows this but doesn’t think it will last. She wants to call Ridge so he knows they are here for them during his rough time.

The New President of Forrester Creations!

Taylor and Stephanie continue to talk about Ridge and Rick. Steph assures Taylor she is not responsible for the anger Rick feels towards Ridge. Taylor isn’t so sure and thinks if she fought for Ridge when she first came back none of this would have happened. Steph tries to convince her it’s not her fault, but now that she’s aware of her feelings, she can have Ridge now. Taylor wants to believe it, but is afraid to get hurt. Stephanie thinks Taylor can make a life with Ridge again and thinks she’s already on her way. Taylor is just thankful to have Stephanie back in her life and they hug. They discuss how wonderful it is to be friends again and Taylor apologizes for blaming her and lashing out at her. Steph says it’s water under the bridge and they both made mistakes. It won't happen again because they need each other and they vow to beat both the Logan sisters. Stephanie tells Taylor to take advantage of the situation and to fight for the man she loves.
