Donna can't wake Eric up & calls 911.
The EMTs are there asking what meds Eric is on & Donna tells them including "the pills" to help their sex life.
Bridget is the DR at the ER & takes over.

Rick walks in on Brooke & Ridge kissing in Eric's office, They tell him they are getting married & he gives them congrats & says he doesn't think anyone should stand in the way of happiness.
They also tell him that Eric agreed to step down & give the company to them.
He is upset that he didn't have a say about this change,
he asks who will divide the shares, they say they will & it will be fair.
Rick wants to know how they talked them into it. They said he saw the damage Donna called & agreed to step down.
They get a phone call from Donna who tells them she thinks Eric has had a heart attack & to come to the hosp.
They all show up & asks whats going on, Donna doesn't know & Rick goes to find out.
Somebody asks if Stephanie has been called,Ridge says he tried to call but had to leave a message.
Thorne & Felicia show up & asks how it happened, Donna says they were in bed,
Bridget comes out & says it's a heartattack & a really bad one.
Donna goes in to hold Eric's hand & talks to him about their dreams & plans & begs Eric not to leave her. She says he taught her how to love & goes on to say how much it means to her that he stood by her even when the kids didn't accept her, she says she will stand by him intil he is back no normal.

Marcus asks Steffy what she thinks about Donna hiring Owen.
She says that he is smooth but he is not her type.
He wants to knw what is her type, she says honest & straight forward, he says good for me.
She says as far as Donna goes she doesn't see a problem with it.
Marcuse says he is worried because he doesn't know Owen that well & Donna has so many enemy's.
Steffy says including her Dad Marcus doesn't want to talk about her Dad.
Steffy asks if Marcus has talked to Donna about his Dad.
He hasn't because the time is not right.
He then asks Steffy out & he says yes, he says he will leave Eric a note & finds the papers that sign the company over to Ridge & Brooke with no mention of Donna.
A security gaurd comes in & tells them about Eric.

The Kids are all in Eric's room talking to him asking him to open his eye's Felicia is crying, Ridge tells Eric to fight & not give up.
Bridget comes in & tells everyone Eric is not sleeping but in a coma & he may not come out of it.
Felicia begs & begs him to wake up with tears rooling down her face.
Donna runs out the door & Ridge followers her & blames her for it, she in turns blames him for it because of the papers.

The live daily updates are done daily through out the week.
The 21st is on the 21st the 22nd on the 22nd & so on.
One day at a time, the title is refering to the week I'm updating. It's titled that way so that I wont have to start a new thread everyday.

7-22

Ridge wakes up in Eric room & tells his comatose Dad that he is going to check on the company & that the nurses have his number.
He tells him not to worry that he wil take care of the company & he wants him to focus on getting better because the family needs him & that he(Rigde) needs him.

Donna is at the office gathering things to take to Eric in the hosp.
Marcus tells her about the papers he found, Donna says it was Ridges idea but she doesn't want to talk about it. She also tells him that Eric wanted to put him in the will Marcus is suprised. Donna tells him thats how loving Eric is & asks him to go see Eric.
After Marcus leaves Ridge comes in & finds Donna holding a picture of Eric & Ridge , she tells him how important it is to Eric & how he loves Ridge & is proud of him.
She asks to take it to Eric & Ridge says ok.
Ridge says there were a lot of harsh words spoken last night. Donna agrees & says they were both upset.They both agree Eric will pull through.
Ridge tells her not to worry about Forrester, she questions him if he means while Eric is sick. He says he will take care of every thing including her because thats what Eric would want.
Donna says when he comes back he will be stronger than ever.
Ridge says there will always be a place for him, Donna says yes he owns the company.
Ridge tells her that he & Eric came to an agreement that Brooke & Ridge should take over.
Donna says she knows what her husband wants, Ridge asks her not to turn it in to a negitive thing. She says she doen't see it as positive.
Ridge tells her how bad the company is & that it needs help now, he & Brooke will take over & she will be free to help her husband recover.
She says she knows Eric agreed to sign the papers but changed his mind last night.

Marcus goes to the hosp. & runs to Steffy who is crying & they hug, he says he & Donna were there last night & so was Ridge , she says they were both there because they love Eric.

Bridget sits on the bed talking to Eric when Thorne walks in with Stephanie.
Steph & Thorne sit with Eric & Steph. tells him she loves him more than anything.

Back at the office Ridge questions Donna about Eric changing his mind.
She says yes he is not ready to leave, Ridge say then when he gets well he can come back & work all he wants.
Donna is not happy with the fact that Ridge will be in charge & Ridge again says Eric gave him his word. Donna insists again that it's not what Eric wants.
Ridge asks if he is supposed to believe that, she says she isn't making it up.

Marcus is at Eric's side & tells him how awesome it is to have Eric believe in him & his mother & what a good man he is.(my goodness that man has the sweetest eye's)
Steffy is crying as he talks.
Bridget comes in to check on Eric & Marcus & Steffy leave, they talk about how hard it is to see Eric like that.
Steffy cries on Marcus's shoulder & says how scared she is, he tells her to lean on him & they finally kiss.

Back at the office Donna says Ridge thinks she is lying because he didn't hear her conversation with Eric.
She says she didn't hear his & Eric's eigther.
He tells her he doesn't want to argue because they need to be praying for Eric.
She insists that Ridge can run the company but he can not take ownership & says they need to be thinking about Eric( gee didn't Ridge just say that)
Ridge tells her he needs to take control of the company to save it for Eric because he loves it like a child.
He then signs the paper & says it's a done deal & he is the owner now (hum don't you need your Dad to sign too Ridge???)

Donna & Marcus are at the office , Donna is trying really hard to put on a brave face because she fears that people will attack her even more now the Eric is ill.
Marcus calls her Mom & tells her to lean on him, she is very touched & happy that he called her Mom & tells him so.

Steffy is at eric side telling him how much Marcus means to her & how she wishes eric could help her convince her Dad that Marcuse is a good guy.
Ridge comes in & tells Eric that he is going to take care of Forrester for his Dad just like Eric trained him to do all these years.

Back at Forrester Owen comes in to the office & tells Donna how sorry he is about Eric.
She tells him about the papers Ridge signed & says she knows that Eric verbally agreed to it but that he changed him mind before he passed out.
Owen looks at the papers & tells Donna it's not too late.

Marcus & Steffy meet up on the roof at Forrester.
Steffy tells him how she can always talk to Eric & get the best advice but now she doesn't even know if he can hear her.
He says he knows it help & goes on to say he should talk to Eric too & ask him why he can't get Steffy off his mind ever since he kissed her.
She is flattered & says maybe she should leave since she is a distraction, he grabs her & pulls her in & says no.

Owen & Donna are get into Eric's safe & Owen looks at Eric legal papers, he says that Donna has Eric's power of attorney(POA) and there fore is in charge of Forrester now.
She says she wants to do whats best & she knows Ridge has the company's best intrest at heart.
Owen tells her to take the paper Ridge signed & lock it away.
She says she is going to see Eric & leaves Owen in the office with the papers.

Rick is talking to Eric & asks for a sign from Eric to assure him that Ridge wants to run the company.
Donna comes in & she talks about how Rick has always been so supportive of her & Eric even when everybody was against them.
Rick leaves & Donna talks to Eric, she talks to him about the power of attorney & says she wants to make him proud & that she keeps remembering what he said.

Ridge comes in & says he will leave when he see's her but she tells him no &that she will fight him to protect her husband.
She says she will not let Ridge take the company.
He says he doesn't want to fight in front of his dad, she says she doesn't either.
Ridge asks her to agree to disagree but she tells him she has the POA & she will not let Ridge take over the company.
He is shocked & tells her that his family is tight & need no POA she again says she won't let him take over , he asks why they are talking about the company because they need to help Eric get better.
She won't back down & Ridge leaves.
Donna tells her honey bear that she will fight for what is right & wont lose the company.
Ridge is outside & blames her for the situation , he says she is phoney & sickening & that he will take her down POA or not!

Thank you for the updates Becki Donna makes me want to scratch my eyeballs out but I LOVE that she is sticking it to Ridge he is such a whiny spoiled BRAT that I am glad to see him get his BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Ridge is talikng to the lawyer who drew up the papers & tells her that Donna wants to stop the agreement.
The lawyer basically tells him that there is nothing he can do about it. She tells him his dad loves & trusts Donna & thats why he gave her the Power of Attorney(POA)

Donna is talking to Owen & gloating over the fact that she stuck it to Ridge.
She says she will not step on his toes but wont let him take over the company.
She says she wants to go be with Eric but Owen tells her Eric is a fighter & he will be ok & she agrees.
She tells him that she is so thankful he has alawys been there for her & he looks taken a back.
Donna asks him whats going on.
He says nothing, she says you don't take complements well.

Brooke & Ridge are talking & he tells her that he & donna were at the hosp. together & that they both were hurting he says that he knows Donna loves Eric in her own way.
Brooke is amazed that Ridge realizes that & thanks him for the kind words about Donna.
He then tell her that Donna is trying to block them for trying to save the company by taking over & that Donna is Eric's POA.
Brooke says she will try to talk to Donna & Ridge tells her to try to make Donna understand it's not a power struggle. He says they need to do it to save to company.

Brooke walks in on Donna & Owen talking. Donna introduces her to Owen. Owen leaves.
She asks Donna if she is ok & tells her she doesn't have to deal with this alone. Donna says she wants to go to the hosp. Brooke tells her they need to talk.
Donna says she wont talk about the take over because Eric changed his mind with & that she will not let Eric wake up with out his company.
Brooke tells her Eric needs time to recover & the company is suffering under his leader ship.
Donna says she has to do things her way & she wont let Eric down, she asks Brooke to understand her point of view.

Owen runs into Felicia & tells her he is sorry.
Felicia says that Eric never had a heart problem until Donna came along & she wished she had gotten somebody to break them up before her Dad got hurt.
Owen tells her Donna is not the type of person to fall in bed with him.
Felicia tells him she isn't done with Donna.

Ridge & Felicia are talking about their Dad & how hard this is on Steph.
She asks if he told thier Mom about the take over & he says no the timeing isn't right & it may not happen because Donna has POA.

Brooke tells Donna that POA means she maked decisions that Eric would want, not what she wants & that Eric wanted her & Ridge to run the company if he couldn't.
Donna says he can run the company , when he is better.
Brooke says there may not be a company left.
Donna says & "..your brilliant fiancee can fix that"
Brooke sasy yes & that she knows they didn't always get along but earlier Ridge was talking about how much Donna loves Eric.
Donna says Ridge is trying to soften her up, Brooke says thats not true & that the tradgey has make the kids see her in a different light.
She pleads with Donna to do the right thing & Donna agrees,
she says she will then have more time to focus on Eric.
Owen is standing in the door way & hears everything.

Brooke goes to Ridge & tells him about Donna's decision.
He is so happy & praises Brooke.
He says he will make his Dad so proud & he will come out of the coma to find a strong company.

Donna tells Owen about her decision. She says that Ridge is his son & he can save the company. She says she has learned her mistrust of the kids has been a little parinoid on her part.
He then tells her about Felicia's plot.
She is mad at Owen but he tells her that he backed out of the deal & told Felicia how good She/Donna was . He tells her if she signs the paper the kids will kick her out!(UGH OWEN YOU JERK! )

Brooke & Ridge are talking about getting the papers signed , he asks how he can repay Brooke she says she can thank of 3 ways & they start to make out on the couch.

Owen tells Donna that Ridge , Felicia & Thorne are out to get her & he says he will go clear out his desk so she won't have to fire him.
Donna stops him & says since he told her the true & she wants him on her team.
He promises to never betray her again & he will be here for her & protect her no matter what.
Donna says Brooke will be mad & Ridge will too but she knows what she has to do.

Ridge & the kids including Rick are talking about the take over, Brooke tells everybody that they all will get their fair share.

At the hosp. Donna is talking to a comatose Eric she says she doesn't need anything but him & she would walk away but dosen't know if he would & she remembers Eric telling her Forester is his life's blood.

Katie & Beth a tasting one of Beth recipes but Beth doesn't remember it.
Nick comes in & makes jokes about being there in case anybody needed spare body parts.

Donna shows up at the office were all the kids are.
Ridge asks how his Dad is, there is no change.
Ridge says they are all there to do what his Dad would want & to save the company.
Donna asks if he invited reporters & Ridge says yes to let people know the company will be in good hands & he asks her if she brought the POA papers.
She says yes, Ridge says ok because he doesn't want anyone questioning the validity of the take over.

Katie hands Nick a meal she cooked for him to take home to Bridget.
He doesn't leave he starts playing with Katie & a basketball he had give her, Beth looks on & see's how happy they are together.

Bridget is talking to Eric & looks at his EKG , she tells him he is more than a chart to her & he was always the one to fix things.

Thorne asks if there is anything to talk about before the reporters come in , Felicia says they need to tell the reporters Ridge & Brooke wont set a wedding date because it's not appropriate now, Donna says a lot of things arn't.
Brooke says they all wish they didn't have to talk about the company but they have too.
Thorne says he is taking a lot in faith by letting Ridge take over.
Donna says she is risking more.
Thorne , Felicia & Ridge all thank her for doing the right thing & being so good to Eric.
Donna says she is the least qualified to run the company but that she will not sign anything.

Back at Brookes house Beth talks to Katie about how Nick still has his own key & keeps coming over.
Katie says that he use to live there & he is very close to Hope.
Beth says he did ask for Hope & she thinks he came to see Katie.
Katie says he is just her friend, Beth says she thinks it is more & that she believes he went to Paris to get Beth because of his feelings for Katie.
Katie admits she is in love with him & hopes that he was with her for a little while.

Nick shows up at the Hosp. & hears Bridget talking to Eric & weeping.
He goes in & puts his hand on her shoulder & comforts her.

Thorne sits down next to Donna & says " you had to wait till the press was here to pull this?"
He asks if she has a thing for public humiliation just like she did to him at the wedding.
Felicia(of all people) comes to Donna's aide & says " Wait a minute if she has a question this is the time to bring it up.
Donna asks if Felicia loves her Dad & if his happiness is important top her. Felicia gets offended & says ofcource.
Ridge says look we all mis judged you, Thorne intrupts & says Not me I he judged her right.
Ridge says we all see how happy you make Dad.
She asks if $250,000 was worth it & has Owen say what Felicia offerd him. Felicia tries to fire him but Donna wont let her.
She says Felica betrayed her Dad & treated her like trash & that nothing is Felicia's except the clothes on her back.
She then tells everybody she is in charge from now on.

Bridget & Nick are talking he says he's been thinking about the last time he was there.
She says she has been thinking about Katie too & they both agree they wont give up on Eric just like Katie.

Katie tells Beth that when everybody though she?Katie was dying that Bridget gave Nick to her & he gave her a will to live. She says her time with him was the best she ever had.
She goes on to say they are memories now & asks her Mom if it's ok as long as nobody knows & Beth says yes.

Brooke asks felicia if it is true & she says yes but she will not appoligize because Donna is wrong for Eric.
Donna says ... You people think I'm going to trust you??
Ridge says lets not get derailed by Felicias poor judgement because they came together for the good of the company
Donna says Ridge is doing whats good for him.
Brooke pleades with her to focus on buisness & not personal feelings.
Donna says the kids don't respect their Dad & that nobody will take the company away.
She then tells the press to come in.
They ask about Eric & she says he is getting better she then tells the press thank you for the concern for Eric she tells them that Rick will be taking more responsibility now working with her son Marcus.
The press asks about Ridge Felicia & Thorne.
Donna tells says they will all be leaving the company & she will run Forrester.
