So I guess her first two marriages didn't warrant the pearls or are they given back to Brooke after each divorce? LOL |

It would have made more sense if Beth gave them to her. I assume they belonged to Beth's mother. Unless they were from the Logan side. Did Bridget have a big wedding before? I wasn't a watcher then. |

Bridget's first marriage to Deacon(an act of revenge on his part in exchange for little D) took place in a Las Vegas chapel with no gown or family. |

Her Second marriage to Nick was after he and Brooke professed their love to each other thinking that Bridget had really had an abortion but she lied as a way to test them. Nick and Bridget were married on the Shady Marlin and Brooke wore black (I guess she was in mourning because of her love for Nick and I guess she didn't want her to have Grandma Logan's pearls) The name Brooke mentioned wasn't Helen's, so I'm guessing that they didn't belong to Stephen's mother. Obviously then, the pearl's belonged to Beth's mother. Brooke must have felt that this time Bridget and Nick were meant to be! Maybe that's why she gave them to Bridget. |

If the pearls were given to Brooke from her mother maybe they have stayed with her and it is her place to hand them down. In that case, why didn't Donna get to wear them? |

So the pearls could've and should've been given to Bridget then, but I don't remember seeing them then. |

When I was a young child I heard my mother say countless times that getting married with pearls is bad luck. I didn't wear any when I was married and I have been married 28 years. Maybe the Logans should pitch those pearls into a jewelry box and never take them out again, for anyone's wedding! |
