Katie is shocked to hear Beth has had several strokes & asks why she didn't call & tell her childeren. Beth says she didn't want to bother anybody. Katie tell her they would have wanted to know. Beth says she didn't even know how to tell anybody. She goes on to say here memories are slipping away , she is not the Mom everybody knows & never will be.
Katie questions "Your loosing your memory but you know who you are?" Beth says yes & I know who you are.
Katie questions her if this is the reasone she didn't come home & why she wants to leave now & Beth says yes you have to much to deal with , she doesn't want to be a burden to Katie.
She goes on to say she has some memories that flash in her mind & then they dissapear, she doesn't even know if they are real.
Katie asks if she remembers Storm & Beth does , she tells Katie it was like a knife in her heart to hear Storm was dead because she knows when her memories are gone she will loose him forever.
Katie says miracles happen all the time but Beth doesn't think they will come in time for her.
She tells Katie how she will pick up her keys then forgets why & just stands there looking at them. She says it's horrifing to her & she will not put her family through that.
Katie tells her to stop taliking like that & she is not a burden, Beth says it's because she isn't there.
Katie says we need you, Beth say you need your Mom but she is not her Mom anymore. Katie feels the DR can help her but Beth doesn't believe they can & with her memories slipping away she will not stay & put her family through that.
Katie runs to the steps & yells for Brooke & Stephen they come down the steps but Beth has gone.


Brooke is talking to Stephen & is outraged that her Mom is leaving, she asks her dad whats going on but he dosen't know & says he has asked Beth to come home before but she refused many times. He says her behavior is confusing & he was afraid to ask her why because he had put the family through so much he felt he had no right to ask.
He wonders if there was any thing else ho could have done.
Brooke says no. They can't understand whats going on with Beth.
Stephen tells Brooke that he asked Beth to try to be a family again & he thinks that was to much for her & thats why Beth wants to go back to Paris.

Stefy tells Marcus see my family can be under standing, Marcus say your Grandad was amazing asks about her Dad, Stefy say loyality is big with him but they will be fine.
Marcus is so happy all is well but wonders how it happened.
Stefy keeps mum about it.
Marcus tells her he is so happy that he has his Mom & her Grandad but he is overwhelmed by the way she stuck up for him & he will never forget it.
She says I just told the true & that doesn't make her a hero. She admits it maybe quite at the table for a while but she understands because her Dad blames Donna for the break up of his parents marriage. Stefy says if it wasn't for Donna, Eric & Steph would be together there wouldn't be as much bad press & things would be better. Marcus asks if she thinks thats his Moms fault.
She says in a lot of peoples eye's YES. He asks what about yours.
Stefy says are you worried what I think of your Mom or you?
Marcus says he knows what she thinks of him because he can read minds, she says what am I thinking, he puts his hand on her head & says Oh you naughty girl, she replies oh you really can read minds.

Katie tells Brooke & her Dad that Beth has had strokes , Brooke & Stephen go off to find Beth they find out there are no flights to Paris so they don't know where to look.

Beth is driving down the road thinking about whether she should stay or go & ends up at Brooks house, the Nanny recognizes her from family photo's & lets her in & offers to call Brooke but Beth says no & goes to the living room alone , she is thinking how well Brooke has done for herself & that Donna is set too ,she believes they will take care of Katie.
Hope walks in & recognizes her Grandma & they start talking
Beth hugs her & says I don't ever want to let you go

Update for 7/1/08
Brooke & Stephen walk in on Hope & Beth, (Kathrine the nanny called them.)
Hope tells Beth she doesn't want her to leave, Brooke tells Beth they all want her to stay.
Brooke tells Beth she knows whats going on & that she would not be a burden, Hope asks what's a burden & Brooke says your Grandma is not one.
Stephen takes Hope out so Brooke & Beth can talk.
Beth tells Brooke the same things she told Brooke & Brooke tells Beth we need too treasure the time we have. She then calls Katie & tells her she found Beth & that she is going no where.
Beth tells her not to force her to stay. They talk about some memories they both share.
Beth says she can't controll her memory loss but she can control being a burden to her family & she wont do it. She says she has made arrangements for herself in Paris & she needs to go.
Brooke tells her there are no flights out tonight & that she needs to stay with her tonight.


Ridge & Phoebe are talking , he can not believe Stefy kept Donna's secrete & wonders why she would do that for Marcus.
He says it's not like her & that worries him.
Phoebe says she can't believe Stefy would put Marcus before the family"She can't be that into him.
Ridge says" Did she tell you she was into him?
Phoebe says she over heard them talking at the beach.
Ridge says "On a date??
Pheobe says "I don't know I guess..."
Ridge is angry that Donna has his Dad & now Marcus is after Stefy.
Ridge doesn't like Marcus with Stefy & thinks it funny how Marcus shows up right after his Mom marries a rich man. He says he is going to take care of this.

Stefy & Marcus are talking & he asks her out on another date.
They both say what a great time they had.
Marcus guesses the word is out about he & Donna & Stefy tells him to watch out.
Marcus say she makes him nervous & she takes it as a complement.They plan another date this time to go bowling.

Katie tells Nick what happend to Beth & why Beth wants to go back to Paris, Nick tells her he is sorry.
Katie tells Nick if anybody knows what it's like to be a burden, she does & she will not let Beth go.
Brigette comes in & Katie fills her in & asks her if memory loss is comon in strokes.
Bridgette says she doesn't know her treatment or diagnosis but it's not uncommon, she also says she will get tests set up for Beth & if there is anyway to help her then she will.
Brigette goes off & makes calls they wonder if Beth will agree to the tests Katie says we wont give her a choice.
She then goes upstairs & watches Katie & Nick cuddle on the couch.

Stephen tries to talk Beth in to staying & tells her he is sorry for leaving her in Paris.
Brooke & Stephen tell her how much her kids love & need her & how they could not stand it if they knew she was in Paris suffering alone.

Brooke tells Donna & Katie Beth is at her house & she had a good reunion with Hope & spent the night in Hopes room.
Brooke believes Beth will Stay.
Donna is filled in on Beths problems, Katie tells her sisters that Brigette has set up appointments for her.
The girls start planing ways to help Beth keep her memories & Brooke stars a list.


Beth is at Brookes house remembering her girls when they were children, for some reason this upsets her & she starts to leave but Stephen comes in with coffee & she sits down.
Beth tells Stephen how hard it is to have empty spaces & asks what she did to deserve this, he dosen't know.
She says she has made a decision & he won't like it.
He knows she wants to leave & tells her the girls will be heartbroken , she goes into the memory loss & how it will
be to much for them to bear, she says she had a memory of them that was so vivid then a cloud came over her & took it a way leaving a cold dark void.
She says this is why she has to leave.
Brooke & the girls come down the steps & Beth tells them she is going back to Paris.
The girls try to talk her out of it & she tells them how her memories come & vanish, they say they want her to get better & she yells "what if I don't" Please let me go so you can remember the Mother you love.
They all try to talk her into staying & tell her about Brigette.
She yells "stop pushing me!"

Phoebe & Stephy talk about Phoebe running to Ridge , Stefy says she should be mad but she is not because it all turned out ok. She does tell Phoebe she shouldn't have done it with out talking to her first, Phoebe says Dad will never accept you with Donna 's son & she should know so don't even go there Because Dad made things misrable for her & Rick.
Stefy says it didn't stop you & that she & Marcus are just friends. Phoebe doubts that. Stefy says Dad doesn't like Donna but he shouldn't hold it againt Marcus because he is a good guy.

Some fellow employers are asking Marcus what it's like to have Donna as a Mom. Marcus says it's all new & he will continue to work hard in shipping, the coworkers are suprised by that.
Rick walks up & asks to talk to Marcus, he says he heard the news & it was a suprise.
He asks Marcus why he didn't tell everybody her was Donna's son. Marcus appoliges & says I didn't want to keep a secrete but Donna did. Rick says he understands & after all they are family.
Stefy shows up & says "that was so lame." She asks Marcus what it's like to be famous he says people think he is going to boss them around, she says just be your self & they will come around, he says he doesn't think Ridge will, she says she can handle her Dad.
She asks if it gets to him how her family treats Donna , he says there is a lot I don't know. I know she is blamed for spliting up your Grandparents, she ask if he wants to get back at them he says no way, she says that is why I like you ... your gonna shake things up around here & she walks out.

A new guy is out side with a address & looks up at the building he says" Marcus my man no wonder why I haven't heard from you." He goes up & see's Stefy walking away from Marcus. he says his name is Owen Knight Marcus doesn't quite recognise him , Owen says you owe all this to me.
Marcus remembers he is the PI that helped him find Donna.

Katie tells Beth you can't isolate your self & that maybe why you are this way, she tells her she knows how that is because she tried to push everybody away when she woke up from surgery & found out Storm was dead. She says she now knows ever moment is priceless. Everybody then tells Beth why she needs to stay. They want the chance to have the Logan family reunited like they should have been all along.
She says she is scared , doesn't want to be alone but she doesn't want to be a burden.
She then says For what time we have left I do want to be with you. They all cry & hug .

I'll be posting the update a little later today probably 130pm instead of 1130am.
I hope we get more action today then yesterday.

7/3/08

Nick is playing with Jack & Brigette walks in , he tells Jack she is the definition of beauty & Brigette tells Jack his dad is a silver tongued devil.
Nick is sorting mail as Brigette puts Jack to bed, when she comes down he tells her how awesome she is with him & she tells Nick how much it means to her to have them both in her life. They kiss.

Katie is visited bu Brooke who tells her the Beth is safe at her house with Stephen & tells Katie she believes they got through to Beth. Katie wants to talk about tests to help their MOM but Brooke doesn't want to get into that now she wants to talk about NICK
Katie says he & Brigette have been awesome Brooke ssays she knows Nick has been there for her & Katie says we have shared some incredible moments & asks Brooke what's your real Question.
Brooke wants to know what to expect from her next because she is Brigettes mom & is concerned.
Katie say ..."So in other words now that I'm not on my death bed you want to know if I'll go after Nick."( Wow does Brooke have balls or what????)
Katie says there is no reason to worry, Brooke says "..so am I supposed to believe poof your feelings are gone.."
Katie says you & I both know it doesn't work like that.
Brooke wants to know how she will handle the feelings.
Katie doesn't know but say after all that she has been through she will handle it & Nick knows that too.
Katie asks if she has put Brookes mind at easy, Brooke says I believe you mean everything you say but I know you have never had these feelings before but Nick is a very special person & hard to walk away from, she knows from experience.
She doesn't want Katie to crawl in her protective shell & not come out.
She says she loves Nick & Brigette & wants them to be happy & asks if thats to much to believe, they hug & Brooke says no it isn't.


Marcus & Owen are at Forrester Owen says you have hit the jackpot thanks to me.
Marcus says he is greatful & Owen says "how greatful"
Owen says he has been waiting for a call but never got it & asks if Marcus was trying to give him the slip.
Marcus say it's not like that , he was waiting til his Mom told Eric. Owen says now he knows. He then says I didn't put all the money in to finding her & flying Marcus over out of the goodness of his heart You hired me to do a job & I did it now pay me what you owe me.
Marcus says he doesn't have any money, he wants the $2500 he owes plus a bonus. Marcus says he will get the money to him when he can.
Owen says he is happy Marcus is doing so well but he better remember who made it all happen.

Eric is looking at dresses & Steph comes in , he introduces Steph to Tim an inturn.
The kids show up with a mag. that has Marcus on the cover.
Eric asks if he should be embarresed , thorne says turn to page 1. Eric says he take being a father fighure very seriously. Felicia thinks he is not being seriouse & doesn't care what the press is saying about the family but they do.
He says his wife has a grown son who is doing a great job in shipping he does not see this as a problem like they do & asks if he is supposed to take his keys & slink out the back door.
Thorne says it was never about taking the company away it's about protecting you. Eric doesn't see it that way.
Felecia says out with the old & in with the new hurts, in your eyes we don't exists anymore, do we matter to you at all. Thorn add that all their input is swrpt aside & he feels belittled,he says " after all Ridge is going throu & Mother..." Steph breaks in & says let me have a minute alone with your Dad & They leave.
She say she doesn't like to them at odds & that the kids think he has choosen Donna over them. He asks what she thinks , she says he did the right thing with Marcus(Eric thanks her) SHe says he did do the right thing but she doesn't want him to loose site of how it affects their children.
He says he is not shoving them aside & Steph says she understands it may not be his intention but they are dissapointed & she doesn't want him to be angry with them for want their parents back together.
He says he doesn't want Marcus to be a target for their anger. He says Marcus just wanted to meet his Mom.


Katie comes down & tells Nick about Brookes concerns & she wants Nick to know where she stands & what she expects from him.

Steph says I know you are a very focused person & you are focusing on your New family now.
Eric say but Don't be so focused that I affect our family, she says thats right.
He says the kids need to live & let live because Marcus is no threat.

Nick takes a drink & says I'm listening. Katie says I told Brooke we are friends & I don't want that to change.
I want you to make a commitment to Brigette, you & Jack need a strong women & she is it.
He says what about you, she says I'm getting stronger everyday. You showed me a new world & brought magic to my life.
She says she has a request she wants Nick to bring the magic to Brigettes life because no one deserves it more than her. They hug & Katie cries.

7/4/08 Happy 4th of July!
Owen is still hanging out on the roof of Forrester with Marcus despite Marcus's efforts to get rid of him. Donna comes up & Owen tells her he is the one that found her for Marcus.

Katie is looking out her window when Brooke comes up & says she may owe Katie an appoligy , Katie says no because your Brigettes Mom. Brooke says she thinks she had the right conversation with the wrong person because Nick may has mixed eelings(YES Brooke you got that right!)
Katie says no Nick but Brooke is worried because Brigette has been through this before, Katie says don't worry I already talked to Nick.
Brooke says she has seen the feelings between the 2 of them,
Katie says "...so what you were with Eric should Donna not have married him?" She goes on to say what she & Nick shared was under crazy circumstances & could never be a real life. Brooke says I'm sorry, your first time being in love should not be this painful(Way to go Brooke poor Katie needs your support)
Katie says I love you.. but what you don't understand is that I'm happy, I feel full & alive & if all I have is 10yr it's fine...She wants Nick & Brigette to be happy too because they deserve it.
She says Brigtte will be a grate Mom & that she has thought about being a Mom but knowing she may check out in 10yrs she would never do that to her child or Jack.Brooke asks her not to talk like that & she says she wont.

Brigette is on the phone trying to take care of a patient, Nick comes in with a ton of flowers takes the phone away & says get the lady her drugs I want to ask this Dr to marry me. Brigette wonders where this came from because they have never talked about this & asks who he has been talking to & he says Katie.
Brigette says she wants to wait until Katie get better for her sake & because last time they got married to prove something & this time she wants to wait until the time is right.
Nick says are you sure your not just scared.She says we have been through this before & she has grown up some since then.
Nick says thats what he loves about her & he never wants to hurt her. She says she loves that he wants to protect her but mariage should not be a hiding place & if she is scared it would be of him trying to protect her now.
She goes on to say love comes easy for him & he has had many great loves including HER MOM Taylor & he will always be apart of their lives.
He says all I know is I love you & I want you here raising my son, she knows he loves her& it wonderful living with him & raisingJack but she wonders if this doesn't have something to do with Katie. She asks him point blank if it does.
He says yes there has been a change & it has to do with Katie. He says that she use to be afraid of their old relationship but when Katie go ill Bridgette took over & was amazing & self assured doing things the experts couldn't do & he say her is a whole new light.
He esp. saw how selfless she was to put Katie first when they though she was dying & there are enough flowers in the world to honor her for that. He says she makes him a better man & he wants to marry her & their life. He then gets down on his knees , pulls out a ring & pops the question.
She says yes.
Katie is watch from the steps then turns & walks away.

Ash & Felicia are on the roof of Forrester talking when they spot Donna, Owen & Marcus.
They wonder who Owen is. They talk shop about a new scent Eric wants to call La Donna, Felicia wants Ash to stall it Ash says this is your Dad's company. Felicia say in a year Donna will be nothing but a memory & who will want a 10,000 little reminders of her. She begs Ash to stall. Ash says she see's she not going to get much done & walks away.

Marcus explains how he had trouble finding Donna & got Owen to help. Donna asks are you a PI & Owen says Not exactly.(WOW NOW IT"S GETTING GOOD!!!)
Donna sends Marcus off on a task & thanks Owen for taking such an intrest. Felicia looks on very interested.
Donna asks Owen if he has ever done anything he regrets , he says he doesn't know her well enough to answer that. She says she regreted giving up Marcus & now Owen has given him back & she is so greatful & will never forget it. Owen says.." after that you will be pretty hard to forget too" He wimks at her & walks away.
