I was shocked when Beth revealed to Katie the reason why she didnot come back to L.A. and be with her family was because she was sick over the last few years. OMG the woman had a series of strokes and maybe developing Dementia. This poor woman has been through so much over the years. It was bad enough she lost Eric to Stephanie,married Stephen and had 4 children and he left her with his mother to raise all of them alone,then rediscover Eric late in life develope Breast Cancer,have Stephen return (due to Stephanie's machinations)then Eric go back to Stephanie again,go to Paris,return to see Eric marry her eldest daughter Brooke,later find out years later that Stephen was paid by Massimo Maronne to say he was dying of Heart failure to keep Brooke and Ridge apart...then leave him for good,now have her son dead,daughter have a heart transplant...and then come back to see her remaining children and reveal to her youngest that she is potentially fatally ill with strokes and maybe Dementia/Alzheimers is horrible. If Stephanie can be saved time and time again... Stephanie had a Stroke/Amensia (in the early 90's)got poisoned and shot by Sheila(love that Sheila she will get you!)reveal that she was a victim of child abuse and get shot again (by Storm) this time... then there has to be a reprive for Beth. Even if she doesnot ever go back to Stephen Beth deserves to have a decent life with her remaining children and grandchildren. Robin Riker kind of reminds me of Nancy Burnett (Beth No 2 in the early years 1987- 1990)and Linda Gray (Sue Ellen Dallas,later Priscilla Kelly- B/B)and to me is doing a good job as the sick and scared Beth!

Perhaps Eric will retuen to his first love--Beth.
With her loss of feeling and memory--she may go for him....

Beth reminds me of Priscilla Presley, she's pretty and very trim I hope they can save her too. We need a new character on the show and Katie needs her mother at this critical time in her life.

Sorry i dont like Beth ...i know shes been through alot but her daughters need her and this s/l is lame..JMO...i would rather see Stephanie
