They are both pretty young women but I think Steffy has a bigger heart than Phoebe

I agree that Steffy is a better person. Phoebe's just a airhead and a stuck up a Forrester.

If I was Steffy I would tell Miss Prissy pants to go back to Switzerland and pull out all her curls in her shirley temple hairdo!

actually I think Steffy is one of the first great characters in a long time. she does not seem to be like the Foresters, I hope she is a real rebel toward Ridge, except I will have to ff him yelling at her all the time. He is worse then his mother.

I agree that Steffy is a great addition to the show! She seems so real. She's not glamorous like Phoebe, but she's got a heart just like her mom. She's definately her mother's daughter and looks so much like her especially the lips! Phoebe looks more like Hope....

Phoebe is a 88888 period. I will not call her a Forrester because first off Ridge is NOT Eric's biological son. Everyone knows that including her. Which brings up a point was it her business to go running to Ridge with the information that Marcus was Donna's son? -No it was not! Phoebe didnot even discuss overhearing the conversation with Steffy and then making a descision about it. It was all in attempt to bring Donna down.Funny I was proud of the end result(Eric choose not to dump Donna and Marcus,so there!)instead of Phoebe trying to do the right thing she just proved that she is a brat. Steffy to me seems that she is the most intelligent,giving,and UNDERSTANDING twin and like what Taylor used to be in the past(I was never a Taylor fan but she did have good points)Steffy who looks like she could be Taylor's daughter I believe with her intelligence and good points will go far in the world,she is interested in business and has wonderful qualities that will serve ahead in the fashion business. Also Steffy will have all the men she wants at her feet because of those qualities .and she is very pretty. Phoebe will always be a whining, untalented,and manless brat.

Steffy is my favorite twin by far. This is proof that Phoebe is way too immature for Rick!! Ridge acts just like his mom when it comes to his girls though and it gets so old.
