It seems that Beth has suffered a series of strokes and had some memory loss. Could explain why she looks angry when the girls walk down memory lane! She's afraid that it will get worse and wants to return to Paris and more familiar surroundings. Robin Riker's interview in CBS Soaps in Depth indicates she will be around for awhile. |

I am glad it's nothing as bad as Katie. We have had enough of the ICU for a while! I hope Beth does stick around a while since I wasn't watching the show back in the day. |

That is one of the stupidest excuses they could come up with. Create all this lame drama, and she is what? Scared to tell her kids she had some strokes and her memory is not so good. |

The girls could write down all their most precious memories with their mother and she could read it again and again. I know that there is no cure for Alzheimer or dementia or anything like this, but I'm sure that there are medicines that slow the process and also there is comprehensive memory training. You don't have to become a hermite when you feel that your memory is failing you!!!! |

Beth said her doctors thought it might be the onset of Dimentia. You know what that means! It's not! She'll probably regain a good deal of her memories at a later date, but not before she goes after Eric first! This show! |
