On Friday, Eric is supposed to hear the news about Marcus and he does something to leave Donna and Marcus reeling.

Well, I'd bet my next paycheck that Eric will announce that he forgives and loves Donna, and any son of her's is a son of HIS, so he will announce that he intends to legally adopt Marcus.What do you want to bet he does that?

Ridge and the other sibs are being entirely too smug about what Eric will do; and this being a soap, well, this is exactly the sort of thing that a sex-addicted, youth-seeking fool that Eric has would do! And I swear I will throw something at my TV set if he does this!

I detest this idea because I always have, and still do, find Eric and Donna BEYOND DISGUSTING! I even hate the "breathy" way that Eric says Donna's name...PUKE CITY! Eric makes me sick to my stomach! He epitomizes every horrible, hurting thing that a woman over 40 fears her husband will do to her. And as unpopular as they are, the writers insist on continuing to make their "Eric/Donna" hating fans get angrier and angrier.

So THAT is the reason I will be sickened if Eric ends up adopting Marcus. Eric is so sex-blinded that he is willing to see his empire go down into the gutter, all to have his "Donna". He should be kicked out of Forrester and perhaps start his own fashion dynasty with his little blond tart and her illegitmate, non-fashion experienced, eavesdropping kid and see how far he goes.

Anyhooo, that's what I think will happen. And I sincerely hope I'm wrong!

I never even thought about him going as far as to adopt Marcus! But now that you mention it, it wouldn't surprise me if he did! Eric and Donna make me nauseous also! His 'entanglements' with the "Ho-gans" are just too much for me! Let's see here: he was involved with Beth, married to Brooke, has kids with her and now is married to Donna a.k.a. Malibu Barbie (sorry, couldn't resist!) So basically he has slept with the mother and two of the daughters and you mean to tell me Stephen or NO ONE ELSE sees this as a problem?

Eric is no more that a filthy dirty old man....Donna would not look at him twice if he was a waiter or something!!

His money calls and so does a top position at FC....how many Foresters did she have to sleep with to get to the top????

This new character connected to Marcus...what is to say that he 'found' Marcus's 'mother' because she is married to a very wealthy man....which has just hit the newspapers!!!

Don't know if Marcus is in on it or not....but I just got the feeling that there is a scam in here somewhere!!

I'm thinking that the "brats" are going to come out of this very disappointed because daddy didn't go back to mommie, like they wanted. I don't think Donna is going to come out unscathed either, because she left to herself open to an attack from the brats by not telling Eric when she found out. Eric is tired of the lies and lack of trust in his relationships. I don't see this busting up Eric and Donna yet. I see Marcus' father coming into the picture and doing that! That's got to be one fine looking set of genes to have had a hand in producing Marcus, and probably Donna's first love!

I think Marus is over 18. Do people really adopt adults?
And he has a legal family. He is not Donna's to let anyone adopt anymore. She gave up any legal right to him.
I am pretty sure the parents that already adopted Marcus would have to consent, but I think adults are kind of hard to adopt.

Oh yeah! I already said the same thing. Daddy is going to come around sometime soon. Although, no one has even asked who he was. Not even Marcus. You would think he would want to know who his biological father is.
And when he does, Donna's first love will be back in the picture. And I am quite sure he is gonna have a hot body, and not need viagra.

I HATE to admit, oh I hate to admit it but Eric is not going to care that Donna had Marcus and did not tell him about it when she found out (okay, who does that??). He will accept Marcus AND Donna with open arms - even though he keeps talking about Stephanie's lies and secrets and how ot tore them a part.

Other websites have spoilers that say Eric's respons to the allegations will suprise everyone, even Marcus and Donna. That makes me think that he will not be angry...honestly, this perpetual state of mid-life crisis that Eric has had for the last 20 years is getting old.

And while I can't stand Eric and Donna together, I believe that he deserves her and all the baggage that comes with her. Unfortunately, I don't think that FC deserves to go down the toilet b/c of Donna (yes it is partial/mostly her fault - amd Eric's. He has gone through that entire family).

Boy I miss Queen Stephanie...it would be great to have her in the mix.

On another note, I actually agree with a few other - the fact that Donna "Hogan" Forester had a son will not tear them a apart...it will be Marcus' dad. Bring it on!!

I don't think this "scandal" with phase Eric.
But since Donna gave him up at birth, I doubt the father knew anything about the pregnancy. Once this hits the papers, he will see it, and come find his child.
And everyone keeps talking about Marcus like he had no parent. He was adopted. He has family already. He was just searching for his birthmother, but I am pretty sure his birth father will show up.
That is when the scandal will begin.

Unless Marcus' adoptive parents are dead, he is not available for adoption at any age. Yes, under certain circumstances an adult can be adopted. IF an adoption takes place, BOTH Eric and the blushing bride will need to adopt him if he is to be THEIR legal son. Remember, she gave up legal rights to him and placed him up for adoption.

My guess is that he will take the position that she was so fightened of the "kids" that she couldn't tell him and he will feel nothing but pity for her.

When the news hits the papers.........and it will........I hope the bio father figures things out and comes to town..........a drop dead gorgeous, successful businessman who has the Hogans falling all over eachother.

How is giving a child up for adoption a scandal? Also I doubt that Eric will leave Donna over this because Donna will explain that she was young when she had Marcus.

I also don't believe that Donna and Marcus's dad were lovers. The reason I say this is because, Donna has not mention or talk about marcus's father (or have I missed something?). Which makes me think that Marcus came into this world not out of love. ( if you know what I mean) I mean come on, none of her sisters knew donna was pregnant?


The age thing between Donna and Eric is not an issue with me .What is an issue with me is this .Eric slept with almost all the logans women now it seems nick will be following right behind Eric.ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww
