Maybe Brooke should go to the police and tell them how Stephanie helped get her raped, and then she can join Storm in jail - now that would be justice for the old biddy! |

Brooke washed away all of the evidence long ago. Her only witness is Ridge, he got Andy to confess but you know Ridge isn't going to give up his big bad momma. |

The rape occurred 6 months ago. Andy is now dead. There is this "little, itty, bitty thing" the Court will concern itself with and that is called "material and credible evidence". Brooke filed no police report. There was no going to the hospital therefore, no rape kit to rely upon. There were no eye witnesses to the assault. Andy, the perpetrator, is dead. What he said to Ridge is now hearsay and cannot be proven to be true. Brooke has no case. She allowed for the case to go by and weakened her position with the passage of time and for many other reasons. Coming up with "oh, but Stephanie helped Andy rape me by saying to him that I kept my key under a flower pot, so my sister Donna called our father to come to LA, and as such, my brother got angry about him and his leaving us long ago, so he snapped and shot her and framed our father because he ..., so if he should goes to prison, so should she ..." - GMAB, as if any of this boo hooing from Brooke today would fly in a legitimate Court of law. |

Eye for an eye tooth for tooth foot for foot that is what the old law were for Brooke was wrong to get away with the evidences and should had used them to go to the police but if Stephanie turned Storm in then karma is going to hit Stephanie in the butt. But I bet that they would now use the incident with Jackie for they will do anything to keep Storm out of jail. And I really hope that it wasn't Storm who did it. For thhink about this if Storm and Stephan both have the ring who else. All we have to go by that is the ring in the picture and Storm confession. Not so much of a fingerprint on the gun. |

How about the many times that Stephanie has tried to strangle Brooke, or hold a gun to her, menacingly? It would be hard to get out of those. But then again, the spineless wonder would be without his mommy, and we can't have that! |

But Stephanie has something to do with it. For who tells a complete stranger where another person key is and at the time Stephanie wanted CPS to take Brooke kids away from her. |

She never gives a rip about anyone but herself!

If Stephanie never found that number that Andy slipped in Brooke's purse and just assumed that Brooke was already sleeping with this creep then called the creep and gave him all kinds of information about Brooke with no good attentions. None of this would have ever happened in the first place. Maybe Brooke should have told Andy a complete stranger where Felicia lives and tell him all of Felicia's business and she got raped. See how fast Stephanie would have thrown Brooke off a balcony or shove a pistol in Brooke's face or try to strangle her or blackmail her. Lets make a list of all the malicious crap this mother/grandmother has done. Stephanie even knows that she was wrong for giving out that kind of information to a stranger. Why do you think she cowardly high tailed it out of there when she found out what happened to Brooke and promised Brooke that she would do anything to make ammends? Sounds like a person who feels somewhat responsible creating this mess to me. |

For she should never had given any information about Brooke to anyone and her intentions was not good for how did Andy knew about the kids that was taken away from her to blackmail her. For yes Andy did rape Brooke but Stephanie did play a part even though she wasn't there for she should had got this guy check out. Run a background check on this guy for this guy can do even more damage to Brooke than raping her actually killing her or putting her in the hospital. But Brooke use that to her favor to get Ridge back just like Stephanie in blackmailing Donna. So I guess that is justice for them. |
