This is what I'm wondering about Stephanie, why would a woman who seems so intelligent, want to be with a man who has cheated on her so many times? I could understand her wanting her family together if her children were still young, but they are grown adults (although I know Stephanie acts like they are still small children) The other thing I don't understand is Felicia's need to have her parents together, when she was dying, I completely understood, but now she's just pathetic...I mean my parents are divorced and I see they are so much better off being that way. Why can't there be a new guy on the show to woo Stephanie...she deserves someone new...I'm tired of watching Stephanie intimidate anyone who gets around Eric...she's stooping to get a man who doesn't respect her and is OBVIOUSLY trying to tell her that their marriage means nothing to him anymore. I mean I don't understand Stephanie calling Brooke clueless...seems she needs to get a clue that her marriages to Eric just don't work.

Please let the writers bring someone on the show for Stephanie to be paired up with...someone who will challenge her and show us that spark that is very much missing from her relationship with Eric....I want to see the passion Stephanie has, not the angry passion but the real passion in her heart....JMO...let me know what you all think.

I agree!! Being an older lady who has been through divorce. Yes, it was very painful to know that my husband was in love with a younger woman, but I feel so much happier now that my husband today, sees me as a younger woman, and he constantly tells me how beautiful I am!!! I think it would be nice to see Stephanie happy and not in pain all of the time!! and then, just then, maybe she could really understand some of her kids problems, and give them savory advice, for a change.. Isn't that what a good Granny does???

I know they have always made Stephanie the jealous type, but she needs to realize when to throw in the towel when it comes to her marriage. I agree with you completely Uggerly...she has beautiful children and grandchildren...she should celebrate the fact that she has them in her life. Stephanie is so intelligent and does have a great sense of humor, we just don't get to see more of it because she is constantly ranting and raving and whoever her target is for the week. I would like to see Stephanie relax and have a wonderful time with some great guy who really wants her....I would really love if Massimo came back, when he first appeared he really seemed to adore Stephanie and the only reason she didn't go to him was because of Eric....she really should have gone to Massimo...it would have been great!!! JMO

I think Stephanie needs to realize that Eric isn't the man she fell in love with those years ago. I think she has loved him for so long, she doesn't know what to do if he's not with her. I think she needs to be without him and I will repeat that I really want Massimo, or someone who truly cared for Stephanie long ago to come back and win her heart....she deserves it...but I don't think Stephanie and Eric are working anymore...it's run it's course...kind of like Brooke with EVERY man on the show... JMO

Ladies, I can only repeat it, she needs no one, she needs to be that which she is... a strong woman who won't let the dirt on her feet enter her house.

Much as I dislike Stephanie, and that's alot, her acting on Tuesday was really good. She needs to realize now that Eric doesn't want to stay in the marriage and it's time to move on in another direction.

Eric told her why she can't keep him. She has always been a controlling wife and he has always gone along with her and forgiven her for all the things she has done to people. I think he is just tired of it and her. I unfortunately do not know any men I can control. She just got lucky for most of her life probably due to her Father's money and using it to start a business for Eric. He's no dummy. Now, he can go for broke since he has already made his fortune. When you get older, you always go for broke because you know you only have a finite number of days left to live your life and they may as well be happy ones. Their marriage has been a mess, especially the last few years but he forgave her all those other times. He even took her Mother and sister in so they could mend their fences. Who hasn't she alienated on that show? I can't think of anyone. Even she and Taylor who was her last friend got into it last year.

Stephanie is looking really good lately. She needs to get out of her house and enjoy her life. She has been rather chilly to Eric this last year so I am wondering if she is alot like Brooke and wants him most when he is attracted to someone else. Geez I wish Sally was still around to show her some fun!

I think the reason Stephanie wants and loves Eric is because she can control him. From the time they were very young she manipulated him into marriage and has continued to control their relationship and manipulate him. I don't know if Eric was always such a weak man or if he became that way from living with Stephanie for years. I get a kick out of Stephanie some times but I'll admit I don't really understand what people see in her. She has had a lot of things happen in her life that would normally make me feel bad for someone however the way she handles these things prevents me from feeling any sympathy and/or empathy for her. Just like this situation with Eric and Donna. Normally I would be completely against a married man getting involved with someone else especially someone that much younger. But what does Stephanie do - she blackmails Donna. IMHO this is typical Stephanie.

I agree with you that it is hard to feel for Stephanie. She can be one mean spirited lady. I like Susan Flannery as Stephanie and through the years I have had my ups and downs with Stephanie. Over all though it's hard to really like the person she is. I know Eric has pulled some crap on her but I don't know that he ever felt loved or wanted. Nobody in that family feels as loved or wanted as Ridge, sometimes to the exclusion of Eric.
