No Right to see her kids?

Did I miss something? Stephanie told Brooke she had no right to see her kids; that the court said so. When did that happen? I thought the court gave her supervised visitation. I can't wait to see Brooke take that old hag down a notch or two.

She has the right to see her children. However there are restrictions in place. Her visitation is to be supervised. She is also supposed to make arrengements ahead of time when she wants to see the children, not just show up when it is convienant for her.

Brooke talks about getting her carrer on track to get her children back, that confuses me a little. Under normal conditions I would agree with this statement, but Brooke is an independantly wealthy woman. She does not NEED to work to provide finacial support for her or her children. Given those circumstances, instead of working long hours with a man she claims to be in love with and just happens to be married to someone else with a baby on the way she has other options. If I where in Brooke's situation I think I would be spending every waking moment getting some theraphy to get my life back together.

I did not like that either. While Brooke did not follow proper guidelines,Stephanie just wants to stick it to Brooke. As far her wanting to go back to work, she should as long as she follows through with her therapy sessions(James Warwick where are you when we need you?)there is no reason for her not to. That way she shows the courts she is trying to be responsible, self supporting, and not dependent on anyone.

Once again, you're dead on target. The getting her career back on track is a self need of hers, she's not hurting for money, she could easily take this time off to get the therapy the courts ordered her to in order to prove she's a fit mother. Once again, who is Brooke thinking about, how is going to work gonna rule over the courts ruling of getting therapy. The only thing work at FC is going to do is stir up problems for nick and Taylor and stroke Brooke's enormus ego. She's placing herself in a position to take advantage of a weak moment, whenever it presents itself. She'll feel justified in doing so because she's conveniently blamed Taylor for losing her kids. She's not even trying to understand the fact that Taylor was SUMMONS to court and forced under oathe to tell the truth. She wants Taylor as an enemy to justify her going after Nick.

Her actions once again prove, she's an unfit mother and it's always, always about her wants, needs and desires.

I think her actions prove she is a mother who loves and misses her children. Maybe she didn't follow proper procedure, but if Stephanie had even a piece of a heart she would have let her see the kids. She just enjoys sticking it to Brooke.

Just like Brooke enjoys sticking it to Stephanie. This battle is well earned on Brooke's part, she went through Stephanie's family like a razor through butter not caring who got hurt or what relationship was damaged because of it. She never had a genuine feeling for either of the Forrester men, except Ridge, and that had more to do with showing up Stephanie than being in love with Ridge. Brooke didn't like the way Stephanie treated her and she see her chance to get back at her through Ridge.

I'm not saying Stephanie does not harbor ill feelings for Brooke. But Brooke and no one else has created this situation. She has , by her own actions created the problems she is dealing with and I don't think blaming Stephanie is the right course for Brooke to take. According to Brooke nothing is ever her fault.

Brooke is, as always thinking of what Brooke wants. Going to work right now should not be her top priority. Like I said it would be different if she were struggeling financially and had to go to work to support herself and her children, but such is not the case. I think you are 100% right, she is positioning herself so that when there is an oppertunity to get close to Nick she can jump on it.

I think stephanie is being a big b.... Brooke was just coming by to say goodnight. Stephanie always has to make things worse. I think she should be banned from seeing the kids as she will influence them against thier mother. Wouldn't that frost her socks. Ridge should have gotten up and gone over to cool the situation. The kids should not be allowed at Stephanies if she is not going to let Brooke see them. There will always be an excuse.

You are exactly right and Brooke herself said the only reason she's taking that job is to prove to the Forrester's that she's a force to be reckoned with. It has nothing to do with her getting her kids back. Has she even scheduled any kind of an appointment with a therapist? She's up in Nick's face all day and then she's at Ridge's or Stephanie's AFTER the kids have fallen asleep. I would think that if she wanted to spend time with them she would do it during the DAY when the kids are actually awake. Why go and wake them up to say goodnight? Kids that age need a structured schedule but Brooke being Brooke is throwing a monkey wrench into that too!

It's already starting to happen, but when Brooke's jealosy starts kicking in about Ridge and Ashley the feathers will really start to fly. Brooke has the bad habit of putting her own wants, needs and desires ahead of everything else.

The main thing that bothered me was that Brooke waits so late in the evening to stop by to say goodnight to Hope and RJ. These are young children and, in reality, would have early bed times.

Besides, it's not like Brooke really thought that it was going to go smoothly with Stephanie.

Brooke has every right to see her own children.
Stephanie has no right to take them away from her.
