Does she not understand the courts took them away, and even if Ridge wanted to, she legally cannot be with them unsupervised. No he isn't going to leave them with her for the eve. If he did, he would be in risk of losing them too, for leaving them with someone the court already deemed incompetent. She just doesn't get it. |

It's true Ridge couldn't leave the kids with Brooke for his make out session with Ashley, but Stephanie had no right to be so mean. She could have let Brooke come in and spend some time with the kids and tuck them in. Steph is going to get what's coming to her and the sooner the better. |

I wouldn't have let her in either, and it has nothing to do with being mean. She needs to understand the judge made the ruling he did for a reason. Disturbing a normal routine for the the children like waking them up is unacceptable. She wants to see her children when it is conveniant for her, that is not what it is supposed to be like. It is not about Brooke and what she wants. If she wanted to say goodnight to her children she should have called ahead and made arrangements instead of expecting everybody to conform to her schedule. |

THANK YOU! Finally it's said, it's not about Brooke, it's not about appeasing her every little whimp or jumping through her hoops. She needs to accept the fact that her own actions have caused this problem. She had no problem with her woo is me routine in Taylor's office admitting her short coming and stating that she indeed ignores her kids when men come into her life. And you're right, she should have designated a time to come by and see her kids, but what is she doing, making another difficult situation for not only herself, but her kids as well. She keeps going back repeating bad decisions, seeking revenge when she should be doing a self check on herself and why she continous to put her children through the wringer. Brooke needs to put these kids first, before a job, before getting close to Nick, and before getting back and Stephanie and Taylor, which is all she's concentrating on now. She knows the more she and Nick work together and the more time they spend together to more likely it's going to cause problems. She couldn't even control herself on that boat the other night even though she's promised she wouldn't be a problem in Nick and Taylor's marriage. Just because SHE lost her kids, doesn't mean all beats are off. We see where her priorities lie, getting close to Nick again, trying to pay Taylor back by getting close to her husband, getting back at Ridge by working for the competition, but if you noticed, she hasn't done one thing constructive in proving she's trying to make changes in her life and get her kids back. Brooke needs to get therapy and change her bad patterns and decision making, until she gets herself together, those kids are to continue to suffer at her hands. |

Stephanie played a hand in this mess. By unbrudoning herself(ha ha;)of all of Brooke's past transgressions to a Child Protective services worker and having Taylor subeonaed to appear in court we knew what the out come would be. So Stepanie is not what the innocent she makes herself out to be. |

Even though you have a point on Stephanie's part in this, if Brooke hadn't committed those horrific acts against her own daughter, Stephanie wouldn't have had much to give the courts now would she. See everyone wants to blame Stephanie for pointing out Brooke's selfish and cruel actions, but guess what, if Brooke wasn't constantly giving Stephanie the aimo, she couldn't continue to blow Brooke out the water. Think about it. |

Even if she had called ahead, Stephanie would have said no. She could have called days ahead and she still would have said no. She wants to take the kids away from Brooke permanently. I just don't believe in kicking somebody when they're down and that's what Stephanie is doing. Maybe she should try helping Brooke instead. After all, Brooke just helped get Ridge off a murder rap; she didn't mention that Stephanie helped to cover it up, tried to choke her and held a gun on her at the cabin. Funny how Steph forgets when people help her. |

Well I'm just going to put it out there and say that I would have let her in. I remember when my kids were little and they would go spend summers with their dad or their grandparents, I missed them terribly. So I can't imagine the thought of having them taken away from you and how much she must miss them. So yeah I would have let her come in and visit and tuck them in. |

So Stepanie is not what the innocent she makes herself out to be. Even if Stephanie and Taylor had both kept their mouths shut, there were two 911 calls made from Brooke's house. Have we forgotten that the kids were left alone all night and Hope had to call 911? And let's not blame this on Donna either. Brooke told Donna that she was less than a block away from the house. What, she couldn't stay awake long enough to drive such a short distance? This was after Donna called her TWICE to tell her that she had to go catch a plane. Brooke should have been considerate of Donna schedule instead of being in a bar drinking because Widgie threw her out on her kiester. Then, Nick's stupid behind is showing the kids how to make an authentic map. Hello? They're little kids! You NEVER show kids that young how to play with fire because even if you tell them not to they will do it anyway. If Ridge hadn't got to the house when he did who knows what would have happened to those kids. So, if Brooke and Nick want to lay blame they have no further to look than each other! |

Once again, THANK YOU! The calls had nothing to do with Taylor or Stephanie, and it was Brooke's neglect that lead to those children being home alone all night long and there's no excuse for that. As a mother, when your babysitter informs you of their plans, especially when they're work related it's YOUR responsibility as the parent to get home to your children. Donna is not a mother, so why should she have to put her career on hold simply because she was doing her sister a favor. Brooke KNEW ahead of time of Donna's plans, she didn't just spring this on Brooke, BUT because Brooke was so wrapped up in her own misery she didn't even think about the kids, just like when slept the night away in her car less than a block away from her home. |

Now because she has made such a mess of thing, she expects everyone to be at her beckon call. As soon as someone doesn't comply, she throws a fit. However, I have to admit, that was particularily nasty of Stefanie to wave goodbye with RJ's teddy bear. Nice touch stefanie |
