Eric actually stood up to Stephanie today. For a few minutes b4 she shut him down again. He told Stephanie that a "normal" family would have offered Brooke assistance instead of letting the court get involved. She did have a good point when she told him it was a little late to speak now when he was so quiet in court. Maybe Eric will start to get a little tougher?

am waitin 4 the day when eric approaches nick 2 b head designer.. i really don't c the crone caring at all. then she will b rid of all brookes supporters.

Why didn't Eric speak up in court? It sure would be nice if he would grow a spine and stand up to Steph.

You guys are so right about Eric.
That was the FIRST time I EVER seen him stick up for Stephanie, by saying to Nick "Don't you ever talk to my wife like that again" - WOW!
What happened to the Eric that talks worse to Stephanie and constantly always defended Brooke. In that courtroom he was just as "spineless" as Ridge was. Nick was the only one man enough to speak in Brooke's behalf.
To me Eric has and will always be "spineless" & "useless"!

He probably will wake up for a little while and leave Stephanie in the months ahead,then some "TRAGEDY" will happen (out of Stephanie's doing no doubt) and go back to her like he always does.
