My opinion on where the 'scrambled eggs' storyline might be heading

Does anybody else think that since Taylor was partially responsible for Brooke losing custody of her kids, that now Brooke is going to find a way to get custody of Taylor's baby when it's born? I think that's where this story is headed.

To be very honest Taylor does not have a leg to stand on.
if indeed the story line leads to the fact she is carrying brooke's baby (egg) I believe that Brooke has a right to have her baby . Since she did not give permission for her eggs to be used by Taylor!

How would that work? Legally, I mean. Would they share custody? Messy!!!
