What has happened to Eric Forrester???

I remember when Eric was the "head of the Forresters"..He had a presence about him that lit up the screen. Tall, dark and very handsome! Has Stephanie reduced Eric to a whimp? Not able to stand up to her even when he believes that she is manipulative and perhaps even cruel. Am I the only one that would like to see Eric re-emerge and take charge of his family? |

He should take charge now and give Brooke back her kids. He could offer her support, maybe move in with her to help with the kids. Stephanie would love that! |

:-) I was just thinking about that myself. I think Eric should go back to brooke and help her get her kids and maybe rekindle a relationship! I was thinking the same thing. I would like to see Eric and Brooke get back together. If you remember back to when Eric married Brooke; he worshiped the ground that she walked on. Remember the romantic set up he had for her? That was beautiful. He treats her with respect. Something his son Ridge; never had for anyone except Stephanie!!! |

Eric seems to have rented his spine out and apperently has yet to get it back. He can't seem to do anything when a crisis arises except what for the dust to settle and then accuse Stephanie of being at fault when things go wrong. This buisnes with Brooke's kids right now should have him concerned as a grandfather for the children. Instead his focus is on how everything is Stephanie's fault and how this is going to cost the company money if Brooke goes to work for Nick. Stephanie didn't do anything, she didn't call CPS but yet he is pointing the finger at her saying it is all her fault because of her testimony. Funny thing is he is not ranting and raving at Taylor for saying that she thought Brooke was not in a position to be a good mother right now. |

I think that Eric has gotten to the point of even wondering why bother? He probably figured that all he wants is a peaceful co -exsistance his company back and the heck with everything else. No matter what he does Stephanie takes over and runs things anyhow. Eric thinks to himself that even leaving her would not change things much (because he knows that when there is a family crisis and Stephanie needs help or gets them through it )he will go back to her anyhow,so his life has basically become a quiet routine. |
